Fair price and the work seems professional. But the interpersonal skills and communication are terrible. The original install was scheduled for one day, but the technicians left without any communication midway through and I didn't have any sort of follow up from the company. Only when I called the next day to inquire was I told that they would need to come back in a few days to finish. Upon their return, they backed into my driveway but missed by about a foot and left huge tracks in my lawn. Again, they never bothered to mention this or apologize. They also took it upon themselves to just use my kitchen to reheat their lunch without asking, which was fine, but presumptuous. They left 15' of rigid pipe at my house after the install that I had to call to have them remove a week later. I ended up having an issue with my range that delayed the final inspection with the county. Since the plumbers had been facilitating the inspections, I called them and left a voicemail 2 days prior that the inspection needed to be cancelled. Well, they never did, inspector showed up and was understandably irritated. Just a weird experience overall.

Big shout out to Judah and the whole crew at Plumbers Inc! The whole team is super friendly and professional. They did extensive plumbing work in our basement project including cutting concrete, running new lines and made the whole process go seamless! Highly recommend! Thanks again!

I can’t say enough good things about this company! After a bathtub DIY mishap left me with a broken pipe, I called in a moment of desperation. Tracy picked up, and she couldn’t have been kinder or more understanding as I explained the mess I’d made. Joe, their top-notch plumber arrived and was incredible! Not only did he have to cut through the sheet rock (sorry about that, Joe), but he also saved my bathtub from the mess I made. And it was magically restored. On a separate occasion, I called in and spoke to a gentleman in the office, who was also fantastic, about my toilet leaking from the bottom. Keith came out and replaced the seal under my toilet and the toilet itself. He was also amazing! The whole team was incredibly professional. They wore shoe covers the entire time they were in my house, and I couldn’t help but marvel at the high-quality work and the respect for my home. Quick response, expert skills, and a genuinely kind crew. I’m so impressed and beyond grateful. If you’re looking for a plumbing company that cares, call these folks! Thank you again.

Excellent service! We hired The Plumbers Inc. to replace a kitchen faucet. They were fast, kind, and affordable. I also really appreciated our plumber's willingness to explain what he was doing and how we could maintain the work ourselves in the future. Highly recommend!

During the recent freeze, I had a frozen faucet in the main bathroom and the hose bib at the front of my garage. Plumbers Inc. put me in their schedule & Jeff came out & replaced the faucets and repaired the leak in the garage. This was done in a timely manner. Jeff was very professional and polite.
