My new home needed its old septic tank decommissioned and the house hooked up to the city sewer. José and Tony did a FANTASTIC job with both! They were both extremely nice, professional, and efficient. I was concerned there would be a ton of lingering landscape damage after this project, but they cleaned up everything better than I could have possibly imagined. 10/10 would use Apollo again!

Apollo Rocks! They do great work, very thorough and professional. Great experience all around - from the project manager Nate who came out and took the time to help design an hvac system that met the needs of my home, through to the end it has been good working with them. Ray and Alex just got done installing a new complete heat pump system, they were polite, professional, and really went the extra mile to accommodate my hvac needs and make sure the set up was performing as hoped. They even watched my dog for me when I had to run to the store kind of like the commercials. They kept the workspace clean and made sure to fully their work area was clean upon completion. Highly recommended! Keep up the great work!

Our project was for a replacement of both a gas furnace and a heat pump. Brandon, our project manager, is new in that position so he lacks experience but he is very helpful, willing to do whatever necessary to provide us what we need. Scheduling of the work was prompt and installers arrived when promised. Ricky, our lead on the installation, is excellent. He’s very knowledgeable of the equipment and every aspect of the project. We feel fortunate that he was assigned to our project. Due to his diligence our inspection was completed with no trouble. We are not happy that the price quoted for the Friends & Family Club was $150 but were charged $250 and not happy that Apollo insisting on payment in full before the inspection was complete. I would rate them a 4.5 if possible. I would definitely recommend Apollo for this type of work.

They did a great job fixing a leak we had in our main line between the meter and our home. They came out, and was able to excavate to the pipe, get it properly fixed, and cover everything back up. They continuously communicated with us on the progress keeping us up to date. They were also professional and courteous.

I called Apollo Plumbing and Heating, cooling first thing Monday morning in a mess! No hot water for 3 days. At Christmas time, this is not a good situation to be in. Raquel answered the phone. She was calm, supportive and a good problem Solver, got me an appointment that day. Zane was Our technician, he came out walked through all the information, We had to balance longevity of the 14-year-old water heater costs versus installing a new one, we chose a new one . Within four hours, we had heat for our radiant floors and were able to take showers and wash dishes. Thank you, Zane and Raquel For saving the day, It was a pleasure working with you! I would highly recommend Apollo plumbing heating and cooling for any of those important aspects of Maintance.

Horrible experience with this company. I am in the process of selling my house in West Linn and during the inspection it was discovered that the sump pump in my crawl space wasn’t working. My agent received a recommendation for Apollo from a colleague and contacted them to set an appointment. I was asked to call in and give them my card information but that no charges would be made without prior discussion. The technician came out and met with my agent and discovered almost immediately that the sump pump was simply unplugged! A few days later I was charged $324 with no explanation. I had not gotten a call or any type of communication with Apollo (still haven’t almost 2 weeks later). I called my agent and asked if they had explained the charges to her and they had not. She called them and was told that is their standard charges but that a manager would contact her or myself. No one from Apollo has contacted either of us and to date I have no invoice, explanation or any other information other than a $324 charge. I wasn’t present but my understanding is their technician was on site between 10-15 minutes so $324 seems pretty extreme, but worse is the fact that no one bothered to call and have a conversation about the situation. It’s also disturbing that I never received an invoice or explanation via email at the very least. Very, very unhappy with the entire experience and do not recommend this company in any way.

We had a challenging replacement since we wanted to make changes to our existing placment of our furnace. The Apollo team is amazing! Kim, Scott, Brandon, Ricky and Mike were very professional and understanding of what we wanted. The ability to "think out of the box" and be forward thinkers was an asset and appreciated. The work site was always cleaned up. They always took the time to answer questions and kept us informed. Definitely will call Apollo for any future heating or plumbing projects.
