problems with our shower. They charged almost 200.00 to come out and tell us we needed a new cartridge (which we had just replaced ) but we did it again with no improvement. A couple of reschules with late cancellations later we had assurance that we were the one job on the docket for yesterday. They never showed up and did not call. 3 days of hanging around waiting and no shower for 2 weeks Horrible communication. Can’t comment on skills because they didn’t do anything but waste our time and collect money Not using them again

Had them come do a quick check and paid them $100 towards the service to be done, Set up an appointment and they no showed the next evening when I had taken off work to be there, then couldn’t get ahold of them when I finally did they said they would call and come out Saturday between 9 and 10 and again no showed or called!! I think they made plans for the big holiday weekend and just blew us off, had to call them the following Tuesday and still waiting for service to be done They say they are 24 hour service. Update: When they did come finally they did do a great job!! Took the old toilets and boxes from the new ones !!!

thank you Josh and Jeremey. same day service in the snow. No water at my 80 year old parents house after a hospital stay. they were very friendly and fast. price was very reasonable. would highly recommend. Thank god for a good crew in veneta.

I had 2 electricians at my house for 2 1/2 days. Gary’s guys spent 2 partial days at my location and cost mor without fixing the problem. I feel completely ripped off because I was.

Appreciated the respectful service by Jeremy and Josh to address a failed flush mate pressure toilet problem.Though it took time and bringing out a tank that did not fit because our model was was discontinued by American Standard, we got a new toilet installed. Expect earnest attention to your problem.

Do not recommend them under any circumstances! Really felt untrustworthy! Tried to overbill me by double. Said " flat rate " would save me money , turns out it was twice as much . 20 min repair $ 370 !
