They say you pay for what you get!! I called another company before them and they couldn’t make it out until tomorrow. I could not go a day without water so I gave Len a call and they said they would send someone out within a time period of 8-10 today. Gentleman came in and evaluated the job. Gave me a quote I was comfortable with and had me up and running 35 minutes tops. They had to change out the valve from the main water shut off. Thanks for the quick response

I had a fantastic experience with Eric and his coworker when they came to my house to clean the main drain line. They were incredibly professional, efficient, and had a great attitude throughout the process. In less than 30 minutes, they had everything running smoothly again, which was a huge relief. What impressed me even more was the free camera inspection they offered afterward, ensuring that everything was completely clear. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction really stood out. I highly recommend Eric and his company to anyone in need of plumbing services. They did an excellent job, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again!

I had a great experience on useing Len The Plumber Heating & Air LLC Matthew Altman was my technician on fixing my oil boiler and maintenances it too. His arrive was on time on both appointments, on fixing my boiler the estimate price was great not expensive than other companys i use before... i recommend this company and especially matthew Altman that did a great job..

100% would recommend Len the Plumber. They were punctual and the office was very good about keeping me updated and when there was a delay they were upfront and honest about the issue. Either way they accomplished what I needed same day. My tech Anthony Diaz was very personable and knowledgeable. He walked me through every step of changing/upgrading my water heater. He took time to also help me identify potential future problems without a sales pitch. It was more of an FYI. After they were done they did alert me to the smell of what might have been a gas line leak and even took the time to test the joints of the line before he left. Come to find out it was sewer gas from a sink they had to remove but they did advise of a temporary solution (re-attaching the P-trap and filling it with water) and advised of a longer term fix by instructing me where I could get a cap. 10/10 would use them again!

What a wonderful experience! Corey is professional and courteous. He did an incredible job fixing the pipe, placed in a weird, small place (pictures attached for reference). I highly recommend Len the Plumber because of the awesome experience I had with them. A little pricey but a job well done is all that matters in the end!

I had to choose at least 1 star or I would have chosen none! So I had to have my water service line replaced last week. I used Len the Plumber. This is my first time having work like this done. They had to dig a big trench in my yard to access it. Is it normal for them to not even put half the dirt they dug put back and just leave it spread out all over my lawn?? And now there's a big dip/dent in my yard. I'm not expecting perfection or like seed or sod but this is ridiculous. Let me know if I'm in the wrong here. I called and spoke to management and then he escalated it to upper management and they literally said it's my problem and not there's and they don't have to fix it. The attached photos are the condition they left my yard in! Edit to company's response. Company responded to this review saying management had spoken to me. That is true and they told me they would not rectify the situation in any way and that it is my problem to fix on 3/13/25. I even called Terrance Nolan again to follow up on 3/14, the day after posting this review and he never called me back. Last we spoke on 3/13, I told him I sent him pictures and he said he would forward them to senior management and I've heard nothing since. It's pathetic that they are ok with leaving a job site in this condition after taking almost $8000.

Typical plumber nonsense. Came after the 3 hour time slot. Charged me for an additional 30 minutes when the job took less than than 90. Didn’t show me the full invoice until after I paid it… but he did the job and did it quickly. Seemed like nice enough guy. Next day service was nice. 3 stars.

Had a back up issue. Eric Cybularz came out from Len The Plumber Evaluated the issue and advised I need a septic check. Eric was very informed and personable. Established a great client relationship. I wish all trades had guys like this. Definitely use Len The Plumber.
