The minute I called 412 Plumbing, I immediately knew that they were different than most. My experience on the phone with Mandy was stellar! She was so friendly! The plumber Greg was scheduled for the very next day and he was friendly, professional and efficient; he was in/out in an hour. Of note, 412 Plumbing fixed a previous plumber’s screw-up, I wish I had known to call them first. Thank you for the excellent service! Joel F.

Greg was an 11/10 - we got a new toilet and kitchen faucet put in by 412 and it was an A++ experience. Mandy was great over the phone and gave us an actual cost beforehand that felt reasonable; Greg picked up our toilet for us and made sure it didn't have any defects, and he did all the work in under two hours. Truly an outstanding experience that was low-stress for our family. We are thrilled to have a reliable plumber for any future projects or emergencies! Thank you!

My toilet has been running for a couple weeks and despite replacing a part, was still not fixed. I contacted 412 Plumbing and the owner was very responsive and able to schedule me promptly. The gentleman who came to my house and fixed the part was on time, courtesy, and here for only 15 minutes. I should have called 412 way earlier. Highly recommend these folks- 10 stars!

First of all, let me just say I have had experiences with quite a few plumbing companies over the course of several years. No company has even come close to comparing to the level of service and integrity Brett provided me with 412 Plumbing. Let’s face it, as customers, we don’t know anything about plumbing right? haha We go into an experience with a plumbing company banking on being able to trust their advice- and this is where Brett/412 Plumbing deserves every accolade under the sun! So let me share my experience. I had a leak coming thru my ceiling, naturally I was panicked. I started calling plumbing companies to find one to come that day. The company I found told me I had to spend 6600.00 to fix my problem aka get an entire new tub, and I had no other options. I was devastated. I couldn’t afford that!!! I then texted my friends for a reliable plumbing company, and they connected me to Brett. Brett was extremely reliable with scheduling, told me how easy the fix was (a patch), fixed my problem immediately, (at a significantly lower fraction of the cost), and gained a customer for life. 412 Plumbing is the staple of how every business should be with customers- truthful, honest, and affordable. They are people who actually care about their clients. Integrity is everything. Brett, thank you so much!

Very responsive! I called at noon with a plumbing emergency, and they came within the hour. The tech was very knowledgeable and quickly fixed the problem. All around, it was a pleasant ending to a bad situation for me.
