I recently had a leaky pipe that caused damage to my ceiling, and I cannot recommend Bill from William Henderson Plumbing highly enough. After calling the company, Bill arrived at my house within the hour, the day after Christmas, which was a huge relief. He was extremely knowledgeable and kept me informed every step of the way, explaining the issue and the repair process in clear terms. His professionalism and efficiency were matched by his reassuring demeanor, which made a difficult situation much easier to handle. Thanks to Bill’s expertise, the repair was completed quickly and thoroughly, and I now have complete peace of mind. If you’re looking for prompt, reliable, and excellent plumbing service, Bill from William Henderson is the person to call.

My encounter with WM Henderson was excellent. Everything from the phone conversation with customer care, to James Tierney's quote, to Eddie Jonson Jr. and his assistant's installation. I didn't feel compelled to choose this company because the price was competitive with the market. The only drawback is that I didn't receive a call to confirm my appointment. The place where the work was done is not where I live.

My service guy, Steve was great. Dealing with Henderson was awesome. I called on a Monday, service tech was here at the appointed time. Thorough, did great work and explained everything he was doing. I would deal with Henderson again for my home issues.

My technician name was Bill Blair, Bill arrived on time, introduced himself and ask me to identify my plumbing problem. Within a matter of minutes he was able to fix and explain the cause of the problem. He then went on to complete a very thorough scheduled inspection of our plumbing system. Once the inspection was complete he reviewed the recommendations and their cost. Bill did a great job, and he is one of the reasons we are staying with Henderson Plumbing.

1/30 update: thank you WM Henderson for resolving this and taking action. A great example of how to deliver a quality client experience. Original review: I scheduled a visit with WM Henderson to look into a plumbing issue I was experiencing the night before. I had done a lot of manual troubleshooting to resolve the issue and it appeared to not be resolved as of the night before. However, when the technician arrived the next day, the issue I was experiencing wasn't acting up!! I explained the problem I was having and I flushed the toilet multiple times to see if the gurgling in the kitchen sink resulted in a block. Nope! It all worked great. The technician didn't have to do anything. He was very kind, he listened to my problem and suggested I possibly look into a camera scope if it persisted. That would have cost $600. I chose to leave as is since I seem to have resolved the issue on my own. I was, however, disappointed that I was left with a $90 bill for a visit in which nothing was done. Peace of mind??

Engaging with Josh the representative and the team that installed the heater was 100% professional. He meticulously explained the details for selecting the correct heater, the amount of BTU's I needed for the house, did a thorough tour through the house, applied as many incentives and discounts I was eligible for, and was very personable. The instalation team arrived 15 minutes before schedule, laid tarp on the floor to protect my floor, were engaing and focused (did not stop for lunch), removed old heater and materials used, informed me that I did not need a new chimney liner as a new one installed a year ago was still working well, was efficient in bleeding all radiators and making sure they were operable, installed and instructed me on how to use the new theromstat that was installed, and cleaned up so well, you wouldn't have known they were there aside from seeing the beautiful new gas boiler they installed. If you need a new heater or exchange from oil to gas...Wm Henderson is the way to go! I recommend them 1000%

Our kitchen sink had a massive leak late at night. We called WM Henderson in the morning and had someone fixing our plumbing that afternoon. Paul was our technician and he was quick, respectful, and very thorough. He fixed the problem at hand as well as repaired a foundational issue that must have been about 40 years old but we didn’t even notice. Now we’re in better shape than before the leak. Highly recommend!

Micky provided great service! Very knowledgeable and friendly! First time using Henderson, so looking forward to seeing how my next experiences are... Follow up service with Dyllon and Anthony...both were professional and thorough. They explained everything thoroughly and answered every question I had. They worked hard on a very cold day. Nice team all around at Henderson. Sales with Matt P was low pressure and matter of fact. Would use again!
