I called Reliable Plumbing this morning about my toilet (it stopped flushing). They sent two guys, Rich and Justin to my house a couple of hours later. They checked out my 50+ year-old toilet saying it definitely needed to be replaced! I am shocked & amazed that right now, 3-1/2 hours later, I have a brand new toilet working perfectly well!! I highly recommend Rich & Justin. They are excellent plumbers— skilled, very friendly and approachable. Their positive attitude and commitment to quality service stand out. And… their price was very fair for the service rendered!

My husband and I had an issue with a brand new water heater (installed by another company). Reliable came out the very next day and helped us fix the issue quickly. They were efficient and clean and could not have been nicer! We would definitely recommend them for your water heater needs!

I have been using Reliable for that past maybe 1.5 years. Today, I called in for my mother for a faucet repair. She worked with Justin and Rich. I cannot say enough great things about this tandem. Although she mentioned no one would be available until the next day, she went above and beyond to accommodate my request after I explained how important it was to have the service done on my day off. They kept me informed with a call an hour before arriving and again when they were five minutes away. Rich was exceptional in diagnosing and addressing my plumbing issue. Justin and Rich came out and resolved two issues that we never expected. They came out the same day that I called!! To say that they were creative and diagnosed the problems immediately is an understatement. Their work was precise and they cleaned up everything before they left. We were just overjoyed at the level of professionalism that they showed as well as their high level of skill. Both of my bathroom and kitchen sink faucets were old and leaking water. Reliable Plumbing responded promptly. Rich did an excellent job in fixing and replacing both faucets. Rich takes pride in his work and the costs were reasonable.
