I recently had Chris Vayda from GEN3 Electric & HVAC work on my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. The technicians arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the job efficiently without cutting corners.

I had an overall great experience with this company. The salesman did a good job with salesmanship. The guys who did the job (replacement installation of a 200-amp service, complete with all new breakers, a panel, etc.) were very professional and they knew their trade well. They answered all of my questions and even offered solid advice regarding electrical work done previously. They also labeled each of the breakers. I would use them again in the future and I recommend them to those of you who are in the market for their services.

Gen3 did an outstanding job with my whole house rewire back in 2017 which included hard-wired fire alarms. Recently one of the units started to malfunction so I gave them a call. Even though it was during the holidays, they were able to get me on the schedule and fix my issue much quicker than I expected. The dispatched technician, David Tritt was prompt, friendly, and efficient. I had him quote some things for an upcoming project. He was attentive to my requests and provided a very fair quote. David rocked! As with every interaction I have had with Gen3, this was a very positive experience and I am delighted with their service. I highly recommend them.

Alex was a pleasure to work with! He and his installation team were prompt, courteous and incredibly professional. He was comfortable to talk to and made the process of replacing our entire HVAC system smooth. It is evident that Alex cares deeply about his work and his customer service - this is made clear by his expertise, knowledge and effort. Not only was he caring to us, but he greeted our dog, cat and toddler with a smile and ease. He told me about his own family and the similarities. He made all of us in our home feel comforted and cared for. I could not recommend Alex more - 5 stars is simply not enough!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Gordon Coleman from GEN3 Electric & HVAC, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Gordon first visited our home a couple of weeks ago to provide an estimate for installing a chandelier in our dining room. He meticulously walked my wife and me through all the necessary steps and provided a very reasonable quote. At that time, we hadn’t received the chandelier yet, so we thanked him and promised to get in touch once it arrived. Fast forward approximately two weeks, and we contacted Gordon again to schedule the installation of the wiring, switch, and the chandelier itself. Gordon was incredibly accommodating and scheduled the service visit promptly. He arrived on time, executed the work flawlessly, and thoroughly cleaned up the area afterward. Gordon’s professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail were truly impressive. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the outcome and the overall service provided. We highly recommend GEN3 Electric & HVAC, especially Gordon, for any electrical or HVAC needs. His expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction are second to none.

God does answer prayers and this is my testimony: Recently, the boilers at my duplex went out. Desperate to keep my tenant, I entertained quotes from several businesses and was shocked by prices and financing options presented to me. One contractor told me that it’d cost an upward of $30,000 to fix the problems. In fact, one contractor suggested that I sell the house, because the house was too old for him to offer any guarantees for any work done. Frustrated and feeling helpless, I made one last effort for advice. That’s when I called GEN3, an HVAC and plumbing contractors and it was the best decision that I have made in decades. Phew! 🙏🏿 I met with one of their technicians, Jeff, who explained to me in layman’s language what the problem was and what it’d take to fix it. Most surprising was the cost, which was ten times less than the cheapest quotes prior to contacting GEN3! My tenant is moving back to her apartment this weekend. Thanks to the excellent job that Jeff and his crew did. If I am asked to rate the quality of the work done and the overall experience with GEN3, I would rate them a 5/5. Thank you.

Paul came to inspect my home hvac system (gas heat and central AC). He was friendly and knowledgeable. Overall Gen3 does a great job of communicating with customers. Would use them again.
