Joseph's Affordable Plumbing and Heating

I called Joseph after a plumber from another company did work that I still had issues from. He spent over 30 minutes on the phone with me reviewing photos, listening to my concerns, troubleshooting and outlining possible scenarios for resolutions. With over 50 years of experience and a Master plumber he was so knowledgeable and very forthright in his preliminary assessment of my issues. I was thankful as many other companies don't even let you speak to a plumber and send inexperienced techs or apprentices and you never fully get a resolution. The only reason I didn't use him for this job yet is that due to his high demand he was booked but willing to schedule me as soon as he was free which was extremely kind. I will definitely call him again.

I had a pipe leading from meter to filter that needed immediate attention. ROBERT came out within the time required and did an awesome job. He actually mapped it out before commencing the work. He had all supplies on truck so that was great and resulting in a quick fix. All in all good. Thanks Robert.

Bob Clarke and his co-worker(sorry I missed his name) came out today to replace the stack pipe in my mom’s home. They were professional, efficient and extremely nice to her. They finished the job quickly and neatly and we couldn’t be happier!!! Definitely our go to plumber for any future plumbing needs

Great experience my first time using these guys. There's something to be said about 45 years in business. They came the same day, fixed the problems at our daycare and didn't charge a fortune. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience. Joseph sent Bob on a Sunday to inspect a leak in my radiator. I had a price on Monday and installation began on Tuesday. I was made a priority because I had no heat in the winter, which I really appreciated. The price I paid was fair and the job Bob did with the installation was exceptional. I received a new radiator installed underneath the malfunctioning radiator. Once I paint the radiator most people won't even notice there has been a repair. I am very satisfied.

Bob came out today to diagnose a leak and gave me better news than I expected and gave us a simple solution. He could've lied and tried to get more money but didn't. I definitely recommend them.

I called Joseph's at 7:30PM and had 2 service technicians at my home at 8:30AM the next morning. They were able to restart my hot water heater, look it over and give an estimate for a replacement (mine is 11 years old). I have their magnet on my water heater for future usage. After they left, Joe called me to follow up and provide recommendations. Thank you!!!!!!

Thank you for coming soon and fix the problem but… almost $300 for changing just a knob of a sink shut off valve doesn’t seem right to me. Sorry guys, I could have left you 5 stars but that the labor (5 minutes) and cost of the replacement part (probably $1) doesn’t make any sense.
