If you have a emergency Or just need a plumber …do not book. I spoken with Bill(owner). He seemed very willing and Knowledgeable since he has been doing this 45 years, he informed. Plumber was a no call. No show never gave a update. Never text back. I had to late notice for find a different plumber even afterwards still no explanation or communication about this inconvenience.

I am unsure of their repair abilities, but I can tell you their communication skills are nonexistent. I have been waiting for them to contact me since 10am Monday morning. This plumber is who was referenced through a home warranty plan. Several attempts on my behalf have been made with no call back as of Wednesday afternoon. I no longer need or want their services.

Very nice, fast and professional service in fixing my AC through the Home warranty services. I would definitely have a business with Hillard Plumbing and Heating in the future if needed.
