I have been customer of Andy's since 1999. I called him for a second estimate, after another company told me I needed a dig up. Andy gave his honest opinion, stating I can fix this, you don't need a dig up after using a camera to look inside the pipes from the sidewalk. You can't put a price on honesty. Andy's has been my plumbing company since that first encounter. Andy's repaired busted pipes in the floor of both my bathrooms, and laundry room. Andy's is trusted, reliable and honest. I recommend this company to anyone, that needs the plumbing repairs done right the first time, with honesty and reliability. I needed Andy again water was coming up through the concrete floor in my washroom. I called Andy, he showed me where the pipe is possibly cracked under the concrete, he showed me where the water was coming in, and why he came up with the diagnosis he did. He told me to the pipe is cracked under the cement floor in my washroom. Andy diagnosis was on point. He opened the floor and we saw cracked/busted pipe, just as he said, he installed new PVC pipes and no more water coming up through the concrete flooring. The water is running smoothly through the floor again. He saved us again. Andy is a trusted, honest plumber which is someone very valuable in today's society. His work is flawless, and done right the first time. He doesn't trump up large bills for things not needed like some other companies I won't mention. But what I will tell everyone reading this review, if your hard earned money is precious to you, and you need someone you can get honest work done for you then Andy's Plumbing is for you. He will always be my plumber until he retires.

Today Rob came out to put on a new 3-Way water diverter on my shower head. Rob was on time. He is friendly and knowledgeable.Rob explained everything to me and made sure I was completely satisfied before he moved on to the next item he was here for. Rob made sure my hot water heater was working properly. Again he explained everything to me and made sure I was completely satisfied. In talking Rob told me about his experience in the field. He has at least 10 years of experiences as a plumber. I have used Andy’s for at least 2 decades and plan on doing so for the future as any needs arise. I highly recommend Andy’s for your plumbing and heating needs. This is the second time Rob has been out to me, but for a different problem. This is why I feel very comfortable using Andy’s because you get Andy or Rob you will get quality work at reasonable prices.
