Billy was great, took care of our issue very quickly. Gave us a rundown of what possibly could be the issue and gave us solutions for all possible repairs needed. He was quick about getting the parts needed and returning for the repairs. Very pleased with the service! Would definitely recommend.

The inspection of our house pointed out some corroded pipes (including one directly above the electrical panel), as well as the unexpected discovery that the main water line into the property was a lead pipe. We opted to have all the work done at once soon after moving in, and got multiple quotes from various plumbers. The guys from Aqua who came out to do the assessment were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, giving us detailed explanations of what they would be doing in order to get the job done. They also pointed out some extraneous pipes in the laundry room, and recommended spending the little bit extra to get the entire space tidied up while they were on site; normally I would have considered such suggestions as an up sell, but it made total sense to me since they were in the space doing half the work already. The initial quote from Aqua came in a bit higher than the other plumber we were considering, and Aqua price matched without any issue. Throughout the experience, I loved that I could communicate with Aqua via email (often easier for me due to the nature of my work), and they were always easy to reach. They also accommodated the need to shift the day for the work due to an unexpected overlap with the moving truck, which I greatly appreciated. In the days leading up to the job, I received detailed explanations of the work to be done, including the names of the workers assigned to my job, which made me feel even better about Aqua's professionalism. The day of the job, the truck was a little delayed but work commenced immediately after the guys arrived, and all the work was completed in one day - they arrived around 8:30 AM and wrapped a little before 5 PM. All five guys were great, and partway through the day they asked about fixing another pipe in the laundry room they hadn't seen before, which I readily consented to. The hole in the sidewalk to access the lead pipe was also significantly smaller than expected, which was an added bonus. While the guys did their best to keep dirty boot prints at bay, my biggest complaint was that they did not cover anything in the laundry room prior to drilling holes in the wood (I had to vacuum twice to get all the splinters up). The laundry tub was even full of wood chips, meaning they started drilling and didn't close the lid. Getting all of this work done was very expensive, but we are both so happy with the experience with Aqua, and will certainly use them again if we need anything plumbing related in the future.

I could not speak more highly of Aqua Plumbing & Heating. They have been fast to respond, attentive to detail, and skilled in addressing all of our plumbing issues, from issues with venting to behind-the-wall leaks to capping a sewage pipe that was uncovered (old home problems...). Today, Vinnie and his team arrived within only a couple of hours of our call for help with a leak from our shower. As always, he resolved the issue efficaciously, clearly explaining what was wrong, how he would fix the issue, and what maintenance steps we could take moving forward. I greatly appreciate this guidance as a first-time home owner. The Aqua team is also always kind and courteous. All of this is all to say that there's no other plumber I would trust with our house than Aqua!

Was looking for a plumber to run new pipes for my radiator issue, and was super nervous because it required knocking out two walls and a piece of the ceiling. When I met Bill, and found out he knew another guy who did another major home improvement job, I knew I was going to hire him! Very smart, professional and knows plumbing! Aqua Plumbing is incredible - as first time homeowners, we were overwhelmed when our basement started flooding in our 104 year old rowhome. Billy responded instantly, talked us through each step and made it easy to understand. He even helped us navigate the insurance process. Thanks to Billy, Trevor, and the rest of the team, we have a beautiful new basement free of leaky cast iron pipes. They also put in a half bath in the basement for us, which has been the perfect addition. They are professional, friendly, and efficient. Would recommend to anyone.
