Great service. Helped us on short notice after a big box store identified an issue with our water valve that made them unwilling to complete installation of a new washer and dryer setup. They identified and proactively fixed issues with our dryer ventilation. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. They shared and explained several tips that we could DIY that likely saved us additional 100s of dollars to get our system fully functional. Would not hesitate to call them

Warren & Team showed up within 2 hours of PGW shutting my gas off due to 4 different leaks on old pipes. I appreciated how quick he was to fix everything properly by installing new piping. It was a Saturday and he showed up when no other plumbers were responding. They did a great job and left the place in my basement cleaner than it started. Looking forward to using him and his team again in the future

I reached out to Boss Plumbing & Heating on a Friday night to schedule a permanent repair for a gas pipe in my basement that had been temporarily fixed by PGW. It wasn’t an emergency, but they still made time to come out the next day as promised. The team was professional, efficient, and took care of the issue quickly. Had a really bad leak for a few days that another plumber couldn’t figure out. I called Boss and they came out same day. Eventually realized it was a bad/old water heater. They replaced the part and installed it. Professional. Efficient. Affordable. I’ll be reaching out to them to do it right the first time.
