I had Tuan who is a master plumber in Philadelphia area. He was above reproach from start to finish. He essentially assessed what my problem could be over the phone, came out, quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem all in the same day! More than I could’ve asked for. I hope I don’t have another leak any time soon, but if I do I’m calling Tuan.

I asked Drains R Us to install a dishwasher and also a valve for a refrigerator. They said the cost is going to be $250 for installing a dishwasher and $150 for installing a valve. Two hours later, a plumber arrived and started working on the dishwasher. He installed dishwasher after about 90 minutes. However, there was a junction box under the former dishwasher to connect the power lines. The plumber told me that dishwasher cannot slide in completely and it would stay about 4 inches outside due to the junction box. I asked him to mount it on the wall but he refused. Ultimately, I asked him to let me pull the wires under the floor of the kitchen (in the basement) and asked him to connect the wires in the basement instead of on the kitchen (to let dishwasher slide in completely). I pulled down the wires myself and he came to the basement and connected the power lines in the junction box in the basement, instead of the kitchen. Later he charged me $75 for extra work, which is coming to the basement! He had to connect the same wires in the kitchen but when I pulled the wires to the basement and asked him to connect them in the basement but he charged me an extra $75!! Tuan, Kit and their team were fantastic. I had them come out to my house to redo most of my drainage system and install all new water lines throughout my house. They were quick to come out and give us an estimate, took the time to understand our needs and were fast to get back out and do the work! The team was very professional and communicative, and the job was done fast. They were very affordable and I'm extremely happy with the quality of their work. My only regret is not calling them sooner - they will surely be my first call with any plumbing issues in the future! I'll also mention that Drains R Us took the time to check temperatures and wear face masks at all stages of the project to ensure everyone's saftey during the pandemic. More proof that they go the extra mile!

Looking for a reliable plumber?....look no further! I received a call back from these guys and they were out to give me an estimate in about an hour. I was not expecting them out so quickly so I had my mom go over and wait for them since I had to go to work. I was shocked to find out a few hours later that all of my leaks were fixed! Not only were my leaks fixed they had gone over to my mothers house and fixed her clogged sink. I was looking for a plumber for a few weeks making phone calls with no calls back. It was extremely frustrating. It was such a relief to find these guys! It’s good to know that reliable people still exist. Drains R Us will be handling all of my future plumbing needs!! UPDATE... I just used these guys again and received another amazing visit. I called them in the morning and they were there in 2 hours....on a SATURDAY! They could have charged me and arm and a leg but he was honest and explained to me what needed to be replaced! In a matter of minutes my sink was up and running like new! These guys will not disappoint!

I am a repeat customer of Drains R Us. They are completely trustworthy and reliable. They fixed every problem I've encountered with my new home. I called Kit to install new appliances, fixed some plumbing issues I had with my dishwasher and sink, and was so nice to have taken a look at other minor issues. Tuan went above and beyond to help us with our plumbing issues that we’ve been experiencing for about 2-3 weeks now. We had a few technicians come out before we got Tuans number from a family member and those previous technicians seemed like they were just trying to scam us. I appreciated working with Tuan because he was upfront, straightforward and honest (and also a complete JOY TO BE AROUND! Great personality). I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Friendly and professional service. Tuan spent a lot of time hearing about my plumbing issues and offering advice before he even came to check it out. I have a number of related problems related to water pressure and Tuan dealt with all of them, always being upfront about the work and the cost. Highly recommended.
