When we moved to East Falls, we paid for new appliances to be installed: washer, dryer, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the right hookups for these and the installation people wouldn’t take care of it. They told us to call a plumber. We reached out to three different plumbers: the first guy told us we had to rearrange our kitchen and spend upward of $3,500 to do so. We could not get the second guy to provide an actual estimate in writing. Then came Bill at East Falls Plumbing. He was AMAZING. He came when he said he would, he made sure we understood everything he was doing, his pricing was transparent totally on par with his estimate, he took care of the work quickly and efficiently, AND his two guys who came along to do the work were super kind and conscientious. We have cats, and they closed the doors behind them, pet our cats, and even showed a few pics of their own. Oh, and a few days after the guys came back to do the installation of the appliances, Bill even texted me to make sure they completed the work sufficiently. It meant a lot to us. They won us over for good. Any time I have a plumbing issue of any kind, I’m calling Bill at East Falls Plumbing. I rarely write reviews but these guys are that good.

My water heater died on me this week and I was referred to East Falls Plumbing & Heating. Bill was able to fit me in quickly and he and his team came in and did a great job installing my new water heater. If you need any Plumbing or Heating work done, I would highly recommend giving them a call. Thank you Bill and your guys.... Great Job!
