East Falls Plumbing & Heating

When we moved to East Falls, we paid for new appliances to be installed: washer, dryer, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the right hookups for these and the installation people wouldn’t take care of it. They told us to call a plumber. We reached out to three different plumbers: the first guy told us we had to rearrange our kitchen and spend upward of $3,500 to do so. We could not get the second guy to provide an actual estimate in writing. Then came Bill at East Falls Plumbing. He was AMAZING. He came when he said he would, he made sure we understood everything he was doing, his pricing was transparent totally on par with his estimate, he took care of the work quickly and efficiently, AND his two guys who came along to do the work were super kind and conscientious. We have cats, and they closed the doors behind them, pet our cats, and even showed a few pics of their own. Oh, and a few days after the guys came back to do the installation of the appliances, Bill even texted me to make sure they completed the work sufficiently. It meant a lot to us. They won us over for good. Any time I have a plumbing issue of any kind, I’m calling Bill at East Falls Plumbing. I rarely write reviews but these guys are that good.

My water heater died on me this week and I was referred to East Falls Plumbing & Heating. Bill was able to fit me in quickly and he and his team came in and did a great job installing my new water heater. Bill and his team from East Falls Plumbing replaced my steam boiler and water heater in December/January 2024-5. When my old steam boiler failed, I contacted a number of companies to get quotes (selected based on Google reviews), and I settled on East Falls because they responded quickly and professionally at a time when it was cold and I had no heat. And they had specific expertise in working on steam boilers, according to their website. I was completely satisfied with the high quality of their work, their punctuality and professionalism, their level of expertise and knowledge about the specific steam heat and water heater issues, and also very importantly, their personable, helpful and respectful way of interacting with me, the customer. And I appreciate the advice they gave me on these repairs. I recommend this company very, very highly. I have told all my friends and colleagues to consider using them for their heating and plumbing needs. I feel so lucky to have found them.

Bill came to replace my leaking water heater the day that I requested service. He took care of everything in a professional manner and at a fair price. I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.

Bill is a lifesaver. He and his team first replaced my home’s sewer stack a couple of years ago. They did great work and offered the best price among a few quotes. This year I've been having issues getting our most of our radiators to heat up at all. I called a few of the local "big name" heating/cooling/plumbing companies and each of them told me I needed to replace my boiler at a cost of nearly $20k. I should have called Bill first. Upon visiting, he recommended swapping out the pressure control mechanism at a cost of about $125. Everything is working now. Bill literally saved me $20k. I'm not trusting anyone else with my home plumbing and heating needs in the future and you shouldn't either.

We had a great experience with the East Falls team! Our kitchen sink drainage line broke, and we were able to get help within 24 hours of calling. The repairs were super quick and clean, and the pricing felt very fair. We’ll definitely be using their services again.

Bill is awesome! I may or may not of broken the valve to my radiator when I was trying to bleed my ancient radiators. Water was leaking and after two days the 2nd floor of the home was no longer heating. I called East Falls Plumbing & Heating on a Friday or Saturday and Bill came over on Monday. He was able to save my radiator and now my home heats nice and evenly.
