I called yesterday, and had an appointment today. Mark and his brother arrived as scheduled and ready to go. Not only did they do great plumbing-replaced pedestal sink and base along with all the pipes and valves in a bathroom, they also, at last minute request, replaced main water shut off valve. Very professional, knowledgeable, and personable in addition to being great plumbing teachers. Wonderful experience and have already planned for next plumbing project. Generation Plumbing did a great job fixing our backed up kitchen sink! They were easy to reach, communicated regularly, and Mark, who came out to our house, was knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to fix our issue and give us advice on how to prevent it in the future. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic customer service and professional work from mark and his cousin. They were on time, friendly, communicated clearly, very efficient, and did a great job for our shower install. will definitely be calling them next time and recommending to friends and family.

I contacted Marc, who was recommended by friend who also had a good experience, when my dishwasher started leaking all over my kitchen floor. On top of that issue, I had a clogged kitchen drain and failing garbage disposal. Marc responded quickly, assessed and explained each issue, then promptly resolved each problem within 2 hours. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated to resolving each issue. Another minor issue popped up later and he came back the following day to address that issue building a strong relationship with his clients. I highly recommend contacting Marc for any plumbing expertise or problem resolution.

Our toilet was backed up and they discovered my son but some items in the toilet. We called Sunday night and they were able to come out and assess on Memorial's Day and came back the today to finish the job. I just had to clean up access water that was under my sink and trash can. All and all, Great customer service, Black owned business. Will use again!!

I never leave reviews but Mark and his brother were so amazingly helpful I have to share. We had a leak in our condo bathroom that was causing water to drip into the unit below. Mark was recommended to me by out HOA manager. We thought we had addressed the issue sufficiently for him to come out the next day to do the repair but by evening the owner below was frantic as more water was entering her apartment. We called Mark back, in desperation, and he was gracious and compassionate. He went above and beyond to get to our building and do the repair that night despite needing to find a babysitter. All this for a total stranger!. The repair was done quickly and competently and the price was reasonable. I would hire him and his brother again in a heartbeat. Give these guys a chance. You won't be sorry!

Professional plumbing company who took the time to explain what I needed which was a new water heater and what the benefits would be if I added an expansion tank. Taking the time to explain everything to me made me confident in my purchase. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely be using GPC again without any hesitation!!
