Goodman Plumbing

This is our second positive experience with Goodman plumbing. Three years ago, they replaced our old leaky furnace and did a great job. When our dining room ceiling started leaking, we called and they came the next day. Tom and Bill found the problem (clogged, corroded copper pipe), quoted a fair price and fixed it quickly with pvc piping. They were careful about protecting the work area, and cleaned up thoroughly. Goodman also offers a 1-year warranty on repairs for peace of mind.

Follow up review: On 2/12/25 Mark was sent to our house to check the issue. He changed the boiler pressure/settings and did not leave until he made sure boiler was working properly. It’s been 3 days since he did it and I’m glad to report that our boiler is working properly. Thank you! Horrible experience and not very professional. Charged $1,000,00 for the job with no solution. My boiler part needed to be replaced and the first guy that came, James, stated that the radiators needed to be bled and that it was a two hours job. The next plumber came 3 days later, Mike, and did it in less that 40 minutes, part was placed upside down. See picture. The boiler was overheating and radiators were not working. Called them next day and they sent another guy, Roman, 4 days later. Couldn’t figure it out and called his boss Sam. Meanwhile temperatures have been freezing cold. He left saying that as per his boss someone was going to call me to schedule an appointment. Nobody called, waited 3 more days. Call was transferred to Sam and he denied what was said but when I told him that the boiler was overheating, he promised to have someone call. It’s been over a week and nobody has called back. Dear Goodman Plumbing you invited us to not call you again. So unprofessional, we work very hard for our money and treat people with respect. Very disappointed at you.

On September 10, 2024 I had a stack pipe replaced by Goodman plumbing, my plumber was Bill S and Brandan, I just wanted to tell you HOW MUCH I appreciate these 2 guys, you talking about nice, kind, caring guys they were the best. Bill always called before coming thank God for that because I’m retired and not use to getting up @ the crack of dawn anymore lol. For 3 days they worked in my home they always cleaned up never left any trash around. 9/13/24 Bill arrived to finish the job, and I’m soooo very happy 🥰 about the completed job he did. Goodman Plumbing did an amazing job with my plumbing emergency. I contacted 10 plumbing services that claimed to offer 24/7 emergency services and no one was able to come out to help me. Goodman answered the phone and the technician contacted me within a few minutes and came to my rescue 9:00 Friday night. I really, really appreciate companies like Goodman that do as they advertise. Thank you to Goodman!

I woke up around 8:00 AM to the sound of it raining in my basement! My ancient gas hot water heater was leaking through the floor into my basement. I called Goodman Plumbing and their on-call person called me back in less than twenty minutes. Zac from Goodman was here less than thirty minutes later and able to start helping me out. Zac was able to completely replace my hot water heater, valves, and pan with drain by 2:00 PM! He even took the old one. I have never been so thankful to take a hot shower. Thank you again Zac, and Goodman Plumbing!

We've had great experiences with Goodman Plumbing every time. They installed a tub for us in 2021, helped us out with a new AC unit in the middle of July 2024, came right away when we had a trouble with our heat in February 2025, and came out quickly to identify an issue with our old pipes in January 2025. I can speak positively about both Bill and Stan. They're friendly, professional, direct, and efficient.

Mike H was very courteous, patient, professional and thorough. He was able to install our new toilet as well as fix the leak we had. Would recommend Goodman Plumbing to whoever needs assistance with their plumbing needs.

Nick H. did a wonderful job installing our gas dryer and replacing some old connections for our new washer. He was knowledgeable and so friendly and went above and beyond to explain what he was doing, even educated us on maintenance tips for appliances to prevent safety hazards in the future. Goodman is our go to for plumbing needs, we always feel like we’re in good hands.
