Horrible experience. This company was overpriced and the value was horrible, they damaged my wallpaper, broke my pipes, damaged my door to access my plumbing, damaged a portion of my baseboard, marked up my walls and did not properly install my vanity in my 2nd unit. This is a horrible experience I have had and I spent $2,000 dollars for them to not complete my job. BEWARE of this company as they took my money and failed to complete the service. I included a video of the faucet that was not installed correctly.

I had a clogged yard drain and Greater Works was sufficient in sending someone right out. Ms April who answered the call with very kind in helping me get the info I needed. Alex was the plumber who was very pleasant and answered all my questions. I would recommend their services to others.

Greater works plumbing is the best plumbing company. My tenants basement was flooding from a pipe leaking and this company was the only company that could come same day . I am going to use them for all my properties plumbing issues . Great people , April was great throughout the whole process .

I am really happy with the service from GWP. I had a plumbing emergency (a clogged toilet) and I got it fixed really quickly. I called in the morning, and Alex the technician was here by midafternoon and fixed the issue immediately. I had accidentally flushed a cleaning rag. Very dumb, and I am very relieved that it all got fixed so quickly. I highly recommend their service.

What can be said about the team at GWP? They are courteous, professional and most importantly, they live here in Philly with you. They understand what it means to come home to a comfortable home and want you to have the same. You can tell they are friends and they are fun to be around while they work. They put in a beautiful new boiler and swapped out an aging unit with ease and precision for me. Beautiful solder work, piping and electrical. No notes. They will help you with whatever plumbing curveballs come your way.
