Colin and Joe fixed the problem! My experience with Guaranteed Plumbing has always been great. I've called them several times over the years and they've always come out as soon as possible and fixed the problem. Last weekend on a freezing night my boiler failed. In the morning I called Guaranteed Plumbing. Colin & Joe came to the house and within an hour and a half they had diagnosed the problem, replaced the faulty thermocouple, and got our heat back up and running. Rates are reasonable, too. Nice work!

I called Guaranteed Plumbing on Monday morning and was told I would get a call Tuesday morning, and they did not disappoint! They called and came out as promised on time, for a free estimate, Pricing was excellent!! and they did the job on the spot. The guys Rich & Joe were VERY knowledgeable and professional, they explained every step clearly, and did an awesome job in a reasonable amount of time. they job was completed and clean up weas a breeze and I must say it was pleasure having them in my home. and would recommend to friends and family

This is our second great experience with Philadelphia Plumbing Experts. A few years ago, they replaced our old water heater, and it’s been working perfectly ever since. Recently, they fixed a leaking pipe in our basement. The service was prompt, and the team was professional. They also cleaned up thoroughly. Highly recommend!

Our technician, Kolby, did such a great job diagnosing and clearly explaining our plumbing issue. We were also able to see the problem on the camera he used to inspect behind the wallboard where leaking was occurring. Kolby presented several options for repair and clearly explained the work involved in each. I was also impressed with the associates who scheduled my appointment and answered questions; they were extremely courteous as well. Though we are waiting on additional quotes because it's a big job, I highly recommend Guaranteed Plumbing to start your journey.
