Colin and Joe fixed the problem! My experience with Guaranteed Plumbing has always been great. I've called them several times over the years and they've always come out as soon as possible and fixed the problem. Last weekend on a freezing night my boiler failed. In the morning I called Guaranteed Plumbing. Colin & Joe came to the house and within an hour and a half they had diagnosed the problem, replaced the faulty thermocouple, and got our heat back up and running. Rates are reasonable, too. Nice work!

I called Guaranteed Plumbing on Monday morning and was told I would get a call Tuesday morning, and they did not disappoint! They called and came out as promised on time, for a free estimate, Pricing was excellent!! and they did the job on the spot. The guys Rich & Joe were VERY knowledgeable and professional, they explained every step clearly, and did an awesome job in a reasonable amount of time. they job was completed and clean up weas a breeze and I must say it was pleasure having them in my home. and would recommend to friends and family

This is our second great experience with Philadelphia Plumbing Experts. A few years ago, they replaced our old water heater, and it’s been working perfectly ever since. Recently, they fixed a leaking pipe in our basement. The service was prompt, and the team was professional. They also cleaned up thoroughly. Highly recommend!

Our technician, Kolby, did such a great job diagnosing and clearly explaining our plumbing issue. We were also able to see the problem on the camera he used to inspect behind the wallboard where leaking was occurring. Kolby presented several options for repair and clearly explained the work involved in each. I was also impressed with the associates who scheduled my appointment and answered questions; they were extremely courteous as well. Though we are waiting on additional quotes because it's a big job, I highly recommend Guaranteed Plumbing to start your journey.

I got several quotes from plumbers and the manager, Anthony came out for a quote for a new boiler. He was down to earth and honest and from the start offered me the best of the other companies for a price. To be fair; they all eventually tried to haggle me down to where Guaranteed was but Guaranteed just gave the lowest from the start without haggling. They came out and did a good job and cleaned up. Now we have heat again. I am so happy with their service so they are coming out to install a sewage backup valve tomorrow. Thanks Guaranteed and thanks Anthony!

I called on Monday for maintenance on my home heater and they came Tuesday morning. They explained two options of what they would recommend, gave me a quote and did the work all within a few hours. I'm satisfied with their work and they were careful to clean up after finishing. I will definitely be calling Guaranteed the next time I have a heating or plumbing need!

Guaranteed Plumbing came on time and promptly fixed the issue I had with the blockage in my drain. The tech was great and showed me the process of solving the issue. I will definitely call them again for my future plumbing and heating needs!

I don’t often write reviews but was so pleased by the service that I received on 10/15/2024. This service provided by John and Keith was truly outstanding. I was so overwhelmed by it being so much work but they assured me that it could be fixed. The outcome is amazingly different. Secondly, the respect for my home was top-notch. They were concerned about the work areas and made sure they cleaned up while working. They both were professional, friendly and fast. I can’t stop looking at the work. In addition, Debbie and Anthony were great also!!! John and Keith are a great asset to your agency but I think you know that already. If I need assistance again, please send those two guys!
