Ingram's Plumbing and Heating

I had a problem with my heater boiler and I called Ingram..they were very prompt..came in 20minutes the guy pulled up saw my car and my wife's car and the house and the dollar signs popped up in his eyes like Mr crabs off SpongeBob..off the rip he said it was $95 for him just to come out and look at it..I have a toddler in my house so I agreed cuz I need my heat on... he checked the boiler and said I need a new igniter..he said it would cost $3000 to fix..I was like what!?..that's not including the $95...so I reluctantly agreed cuz I need my heat..it was 19degrees outside..so I had to give him a deposit..and he said he'd be back the next day..didn't sit well with me..I went on the plumbing supply website and the igniter was $250....now I'm not a mathematician but.. ain't that much labor in the world..so I called him back and asked him why the elevated labor charge and he instantly started arguing with me..I was like sir I'm not trying to argue with you I'm just trying to understand why I'm being charged this much..he was like.. I'll refund you minus the $95.. I was like ok...I looked up how to do it on YouTube..took off work the next day went to the plumbing supply came home and replaced it myself took about 30minutes..I would've left zero stars but that's not an option..these people are out to make money gagging people..I will never recommend them to anyone..sad because my grandpop used to work with them back in the day.

The best response to an emergency I've experienced. Same day service within 2 hours of calling. Wow! On top of that the service technician was great and knew what he was doing. He fixed the problem in 30 minutes and even went the extra mile to check out the rest of the system. These guys are the real deal.

Delt with this company a few years ago, and just like many of the reviews I was not impressed. The job itself was completed quickly but I developed a problem after. Called them, to request someone come back to take a look, the receptionist gave me the worse attitude ever. I ended up calling another company who came out to address my concern. A few months later I had a friend who needed extensive work (pretty expensive job), and I told him not to call Ingram's due to their lack of professionalism.

The repairman who fixed our AC was friendly and professional. He worked hard and efficiently to get our AC running again. I recommend this company to anyone experiencing difficulties with their AC or heater without reservations.
