John Neill Plumbing & Heating

On the recommendation from a friend, and trying to get a number of plumbers to assist us, we contacted John Neill and am very happy with the work they did. Jak came out with Joe and they were able to do the work within two hours. They were professional and so neat in their appearance and their work. Definitely would use their company again for any kind of plumbing work we would need.

Called this company to replace my water heater based off the reviews. Joanne answered the call and was very helpful. John called me back in 15 min. Diagnosed the problem. His supplier had one in stock and replaced it in 2 hours. John gave me the price and that’s exactly what it was. You rarely see that kind of customer service. My tenant was thrilled they had hot water again and so was I. Thanks John!

Quickly responded and completed the job quickly but pricing for the service charge was not disclosed upfront. Very expensive for tightening of a packing nut. Felt like I was ripped off at the end of the day.

We've used John multiple times and we've always had nothing but a positive experience. You can get on the schedule quickly, John and his crew are always polite, professional, they work tidy and efficiently and do impeccable work. Their experience in working on old Philly houses shows as they're honest with what things are going to cost or simply can't be done without a large investment-- they keep everything pretty practical and they let you know when things can be addressed later or need to be addressed ASAP which is really helpful as a homeowner. Can't recommend him enough!!
