The Giannone men were on time and did a professional job at the quoted price. They cleaned up afterward so that the only trace they left was a small open space in my kitchen ceiling where they needed to get access to the work site area which can be repaired by us with a small piece of drywall, spackle, and paint, which, while I am not thrilled about doing, was also clearly stated in the proposal, so no surprises. Overall, we are very happy with the work performed.

Joseph Giannone Plumbing was very easy to work with - they responded quickly, came out at a time that worked for my schedule, and fixed the issue. While here they communicated clearly and helped diagnose and fix the problem. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again in the future for other issues that may arise.

My first experience was a cancelled appointment same day for a quote. Rescheduled visit the technician didn't call when he arrived and just left. Front desk was adamant tech was just running late until an hour past my window when they reached out to the technician and found they had moved onto the next job. Two pto days wasted just trying to get a quote. No flexibility when I called to reschedule. Not willing to proceed if they are going to continue wasting my time.

I have used Joseph Giannone Plumbing & Heating for various plumbing jobs over the past couple of years. They are always available on short notice, do outstanding work and are always professional, courteous and highly skilled.

Unhappy with the service we received. The office staff are lovely, but the workers didn’t show up on the day they were supposed to. No call, no show. If I hadn’t called the office to check in, I’m not sure they ever would have reached out. They finally came the following day. They were late, extremely rude, and left dirt and debris all over my basement and living room. Would not recommend them.
