KCS was incredible to work with. They did us a huge favor and came out first thing in the morning on short notice on a rainy Saturday to restore water to our home after our main line in the yard burst. They were friendly, fast and meticulous and went above and beyond to clean up my house and yard after they were finished. Great people, hard working and Keith and Tonya were so nice and helpful.

Keith did an amazing job excellent work and customer service. Quick and efficient. Top tier white glove service. Definitely will be doing more business in the future.

I had my plumbing needs taken care of by KCS Plumbing. In my shower, the cold water handle broke off which I was using a pliers to turn it on and off. I needed help because this leaked water all the time. However, that was just one problem. My other problem was that my kitchen sink faucet wobbled all the time to a point where it seems like it was going to fall off. Plus the pipes underneath were in a “T” shape with no trap. I needed help. KCS Plumbing sent Wayne to help me. He was very knowledgeable! He did an excellent job taken care of both issues. I now have a beautiful shower handle. Plus, I am so happy with my kitchen sink. The faucet doesn’t wobble anymore. I now have a trap and the pipes underneath my sink look the way they’re supposed to look. I am a very satisfied customer. I will be looking to them for any future plumbing needs.

Tyson from KCS Plumbing was amazing! I called Wednesday night and he was here Thursday morning. I had an ongoing plumbing issue for about 9 months. Three different plumbers came out and attempted to diagnose the issue but they were unable to (they also charged for their trial and error). Tyson came out. Provided great knowledge and insight. Figured out the issue in less than 10 minutes. Had the work done 30 minutes later. Something multiple plumbers could not figure out in 9 months, Tyson solved and repaired in less than an hour. KCS Plumbing are now my go to plumbers for any issue! Thank you Tyson! You are a life saver!

Top notch service! Excellent communication and super fast response to a bathtub drain leak. Came the next day, even though it was a holiday. Great job explaining the issues and solutions. Will definitely use these guys again.

Response from the company was great and quick! Tyson came out b/t the timeframe that was given to me (serviced the next day) which was a bonus! Tyson knew exactly what he was doing and it shows! Knowledgeable and honest. A bit too pricey in my opinion for a tub sprout replacement but he guaranteed a warranty and that I appreciate! Love to see a black owned business!
