There aren't enough words to express my thanks and appreciation for the work that was done by Bob and his team to fix my mother's sewer line. He came right out, gave me a quote and did the job above and beyond what was expected. There were some roadblocks that extended the work time for the workers but they never missed a beat and didn't give up. I highly recommend anyone looking for someone doing this type of work to their home to hire MTD Drains LLC. This place and their employees are professional, kind, and knowledgeable. My heater pressure was high, my backyard drain was flooded, and my second floor faucet was running slow. Bob really helped fix these issues and explained everything he was doing in a way I understood. I felt condident in Bob and I trust him and this company 100%. This is my go to place and I recommend them to all my friends and family!

I used MTD when my mother's water heater failed while visiting last summer. Bobby and his crew were awesome! They responded quickly, were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I was thankful to have them on the job! I would recommend for any of your plumbing needs.

When I was experiencing issues with my home MTD Drains was the only plumber that actually listened to me, without trying to add additional unnecessary services to the bill. As a widow of a construction worker it was refreshing to be respected and not degraded. Bob and his workers were polite, friendly and efficient. The house was left in great shape with the very minimum of construction mayhem. Bob followed up several times to make sure all the work was satisfactory.

Bob does an amazing work. He always goes above and beyond to explain the work that needs to be done. He also goes out of his way to meet some scheduling constraints. The job is always done the right way and in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend his service to anyone.

A friend recommended MTD to me as our basement flooded to a biblical level every time we washed a dish, flushed a toilet or took even a quick shower. The utility basin had turned into Old Faithful. I'm admittedly a novice but still tried a few home remedies first. Exercises in futility. All turned out to be about as useless as a drum in bluegrass. As I was gathering animals by the pair, I reached out to Bob at MTD. The receptionist there was my initial contact. She was super personable and a great listener. I later learned this was the master plumber's wife. She put Bob immediately in touch with me and I was all set for an appointment first thing the following morning. It was nice to be prioritized when I was at wit's end. Bob arrived on time and ready to get me into the solution. He had great energy and was also very personable and down to Earth. He didn't try to confuse me with cryptic plumber terminology or dizzy me with needless upselling. He simply assessed my situation in an accessibly professional manner and quickly fixed it without ever once exposing the dreaded, oft-joked about plumber's crack. Turned out to be a nasty, very stubborn blockage. All in all, it took less than an hour and the price was quite reasonable. Bob's a class act, even my cats liked him, and they are fine judges of character, so I would call on him again without hesitation if and when another plumbing problem arises from the murky depths. Gratitude!

Let me just say that Bobby and his team did a fantastic job!! 👏 😁 It seems that the previous owner of my house messed the pipes in the basement which caused my basement to have some leaking problems. Bobby was contacted and he was able to come 1st thing in the morning to check the issue out. When he came he gave me his professional opinion and provided possible solutions. He provided me a (reasonable) estimation for the services. I am doing this review a week after because I wanted to observe if there was still any problems but so far everything is great 😊 . I’ve to say that I had the best experience with this company, and its services. They were on time, communicative and pricing was within my budget. I plan to contact this company for any future problems and also will make sure to recommend my family, friends and co workers to MTD Drains LLC Plumbing. ☺️👏
