Had a good experience setting up our service. They answered my call on a Sunday and came out on Monday for hot water tank replacement after ours broke suddenly over the weekend. The guy on the phone was nice and really helpful. The job was efficient and everything seems to be working well. I was disappointed though to come home to a messy job site in the basement and 2 broken floor tile in the kitchen. I was also told we would pay a flat fee over the phone if we paid via check but was charged an additional $60 in taxes in person. The cost was on the high end of what we expected to pay for this job.

Had a great experience with this crew. Jay and his team were extremely helpful and efficient in setting up a new sump pump in our basement after it flooded. If I were to ever have plumbing needs again, I would trust him and his team.

I was very impressed with Plumbing Pals customer service and quality of work. I called on a Sunday to inquire about services that were needed quickly to resolve a home inspection contingency on one of my properties and was given an appointment for the very next day. Stephan arrived early & communication was very fluid before, during, and after the service call. I received a text notification that Stephan was on his way. He explained & provided a physical demonstration of everything involved to correct the issue along with pricing before starting any work. Within an hour the work was completed which gave me a peace of mind. I was also impressed with the technology. I strongly recommend Plumbing Pals. They arrived when they said they would. They stayed in communication with me before the job and during. They went above and beyond. They replaced our pipes and helped us identify other issues in the home and ways to fix it. They also made sure not to leave a mess as they walked through the house. Bender, Jay, Big John, and Bolli all worked really well together. They had great communication and were able to explain everything to me. It was very refreshing having a friendly, thorough, and conscientious group of people. I will definitely recommend them to others.

Where do I even begin? I had an issue with a horrible leak in my garage that was causing some pretty serious damage. I called the Pals and the first person I spoke to was Dina- an absolute ANGEL of a human. She was so kind and listened to me and took notes and made me aware of the offers on their website and was just very patient with me while I was stressing and rambling on! She made an appointment for me and then within the hour, Brad came out to assess the damage. Brad was the real star of this show because he worked diligently and quickly to identify the source of the leak and fixed it and did it all with humor and kindness. I’m so impressed with the service I received today and at a reasonable cost. I will always refer Plumbing Pals to anyone who needs a good plumber! We had a water spot forming on the ceiling so I called in to get someone to come look at it. They were able to get some one out pretty quick. Our plumber was named Steve. He was very polite, friendly, and communicative. It was a very positive experience. I definitely recommend Plumbing pals and will definitely use them again if I have another issue

In general, I had a great experience and would certainly work with Plumbing Pals again. They were fast and polite. I took a star off due to a bit of lack of clarity & scheduling regarding repair / replacing the cement sidewalk after they finished their plumbing work.
