Not only were they all of the above… once I made contact with the company, they provided an extensive amount of context in layman’s terms to help me get a full understanding of what the problem was with a complete explanation of what and why specific repairs was the best option. Great, fast, and reliable service! I called in the morning and they were able to squeeze me in for the afternoon, when it got closer to the time he had called to inform me that he was on his way. He was able to fix the pipe from my utility sink that goes into my basement floor fairly quickly. I am very grateful that he was able to squeeze me in on such short notice.
