This post from 8 months ago was my EXACT experience with them. He showed up, no tools, rude and dismissive and filled out the warranty paperwork days later after I had to call back. Filled it out with the wrong problem and I needed a second plumber to come and address the issue. DO NOT ACCEPT THEM AS THE PLUMBER FOR YOUR AHS WARRANTY. YOU CAN REQUEST A DIFFERENT SERVICE PROVIDER “The owner Eric is the most unprofessional rude and incompetent plumber that I’ve ever come in contact with. He came to my property with no tools not ready to do any work. His pupils were dilated and he seemed irritated. He incorrectly, diagnosed issues in the house and filled out factually incorrect documentation and submitted it to America Home shield. He talked about how he earns 60,000 and service fees each year. He’s a scam artist. I Had to request a second opinion to get the repairs completed.”
