I was very pleased with plumbers Dan and Sebastian, who came to my house. They came to give an estimate on two potential repairs. They looked at the two areas that had leaks. It turns out neither leak required any replacements. Both were very courteous, and Dan was informative. I deducted one star because the office told me via email that this visit was "a free estimate." However, I had to pay $89 for the service call. I felt that the office misled me.

Rodger Ross plumbing is outstanding, professional, and through. From the beginning they were exceptional by giving me a quote and telling me what needs to be done to doing what has to be done. They explained to me everything I needed to know and advised in a very professional way never adding more to the job that wasn’t necessary. I feel they were extremely honest in all transactions. I had them install a powder room on my first floor. They were extremely responsive and professional. The work was done quickly and efficiently. When the job was done they thoroughly cleaned the new bathroom. I am very happy with the work. Thank you.

I originally called Roger Ross plumbing because I had a backup in the laundry utility sink and standalone pipe along with a gurgling noise. First they said that snaking should take care of it but after that they ran the camera through the sewage line and recommended hydro jetting the line. When they tried to do that from the outside trap they informed me that the trap was full of rocks and debris-that should solve the issue. They replaced that I ran some water through the standalone pipe and it started backing up again while also making that gurgling sound again. They said I should hydro jet it and that it should be good after that. It didn’t fix the standalone backing up or gurgling noise. Roger himself reached out to me and asked to come and take a look at the problem. He came out and figured the problem out very quickly. He apologized for the mix up and offered to fix the problem. The job was bigger than originally thought and he only charged me a small fraction of the cost. Roger is very professional and a man of his word, highly recommend his professionalism and work.

We have an older house with steam radiators, and the Roger Ross team has always helped us with regular maintenance, repairs, and answering all of our questions. Everyone is always so professional and punctual. We also love the communication and how easy it is to schedule work. Thank you all so much!

I’ve had numerous companies in past 3 years try to clear my outside drains unsuccessfully and suggested creating whole new complex, expensive outside underground system. after much investigation, Roger and team found the source of the clog and fixed the issue inside at a much more reasonable cost. Roger, Oscar and crew (Sebastian, JD) were prompt, polite and went above and beyond. Excellent service. Roger Ross Plumbing always does a fantastic job. I've had them replace the sewer line, a new cast iron line, and multiple clog removals. Always on time, always clean up their mess, and leave my home fixed and clean. When you leave a message, they respond before the end of the business day but usually much sooner.

When my heat went out on the coldest day of the year (which was also a Sunday) I panicked. I called a few places but Roger got back to me so quickly! Dan got to my house in under an hour from when I reached out. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I had a lot of issues with my boiler (some of which I was aware of, but I was holding my breath hoping I could make it one more winter 😅) and he took care of them all. Considering how much had to be done, I feel the cost was very reasonable. Highly recommended!
