On 2/27/25 Turner Brothers Plumbing replaced the lead piping in my home at 712 North 40th Street as requested by the City Of Philadelphias water infrastructure project. The crew were respectful, professional, and on punctual. They walked me through the entire process from beginning to end. They prepped the area with drop cloths and moved the needed furniture. I was worried about a mess because I have OCD. SMILE! Job well done. I will be using your company in the future. Thank you Brian Turner.

While their work was fine,I found them to be very over-priced, especially so I knew exactly what the issue was, when I'd placed the service call, which was NOT an emergency. Having performed this same repair myself, 10 years previously, I know the replacement parts cost less than $25 and, though I was told that a required $175 diagnostic fee would be applied to the total cost of any necessary repair, we were still charged $425. When I later questioned this, I was told that a refund might be forthcoming, after Brian looked into it, but I've heard nothing further from him, and additional inquiries have since gone unanswered -- total silence.

Had a great experience working with owner Brian. He diagnosed my problem immediately and offered a fix rather than a replacement. Could not recommend him and his crew more!!!!! Best plumber in Philadelphia.

Timely, professional and so welcoming. They are willing to explain everything they are doing and point out things to watch for the future. Had no issues when I asked to look at additional projects and if they were able to accommodate in the schedule did not hesitate to fix. Definitely hiring them again

Brian Turner and his crew did an outstanding job at our church. Brian explained the process in detail of what had to be accomplished and resolved all our plumbing problems. We received excellent service.

I'm feeling torn about this review. As a new homeowner I have a learning curve and navigating the ups and downs of a newly bought first house is hard enough. We had a terrible time with our basement and long story short after a rat invasion and a rehab of an already renovated basement we figured out our plumbing issue. Turner Brother's were the 2nd opinion. We decided to go with them. They were attentive, had the gear (including a scope that certain plumbers do not have), and Brian gave us the name of a guy who got us some money back on the 10,000.00 we had to spend from bad building. Well just a little money, but it was nice and something. The plumbing so far seems good. Its working and it's been since Jan/Feb2018. They had to dig in front of our house and created a big big mess. I didn't mind. Get it done and working! The cement was hastily done because it was cold and they are plumbers. That's not their job. However, we gave them a deposit to do the cement in the spring when it warmed up. Since spring, I've talked to Brian twice, and 4 or 5 other people. We've had no call backs from anyone and now NO ONE answers my phone call. I certainly don't mind getting someone else to do the cement work but I WOULD like my deposit for it back since it is a 1/4 of how much it will cost. Also I really wish someone from Turner Brothers would just call to tell me that they have too much on their plate. It makes me suspicious of the work they've done in the ground. In my opinion how you begin and end a job is what sticks with people. I'm not sure I'd use these guys again. So frustrated.

We had to have a part of our sewer line replaced and they came out the next day to check out what was going on, and within a couple weeks the job was done! Very fast, reliable and knowledgeable!! I wouldn't go anywhere else for plumbing issues! The prices are very reasonable, they won't try and screw you over like a lot of other plumbers would! Brian was great to communicate with!! Thanks again for your entire teams work!!!!

I had an emergency with my oil heater and I called Brian Turner with Turner Brothers. I called his number around 9:00 AM. I explained my problem to the answering service and he was at my house at 11:30 AM. He checked the problem, explained what he needed to do and then told me the estimate and I hired him. He came back to do the service at 4:00 PM and finished in 2 hours. He was very friendly and easy going. He made sure everything was on and cleaned up.
