Excellent service. I texted him as per his phone message and he called me back in minutes. He’s a very friendly guy, came out in the evening on the same day I called and unclogged my kitchen sink for fantastic price. He took an extra minute to say hello to my dog who would not leave him alone. Would highly recommend.

From my experience, i can say Billy is very professional, reliable and quick. he's a neighborhood guy too, so he's also down to earth. Even better? He's reasonably priced and not out to nickel and dine you. I used him once prior for a clogged utility sink and when I realized yesterday that I had a clogged bath tub, it was a definitely a no brainer to call him again. he cane put today and was in and out in a jiffy. I called this morning around 11am to see if he would be able to help me with the problem that I was having in my house. Every time I flushed the toilet or used the kitchen sink, I could literally hear water SPLASHING all over the basement floor. He told me that he would be available to come out between the hours of 1pm and 4pm. He came around 2:30pm, went down the basement, saw the issue, explained it to me and went right to work! I’m writing this review at 2:55pm!! It was so quick! So professional! On top of everything he has a 30 day guarantee!! 10/10 recommend.

My sewer line was clogged, and water/sewage was pooling in my basement. I initially scheduled Roto Rooter to come out. They said they were unable to clear the drain. So they recommended that I try the power jet to see if they could push out the clog and clear my drain. That didn’t work. So they told me the only option was to excavate the old pipe and put in a new drain, which would cost $13,300. A friend made a call to Billy, who told me he would come out and look at my drain. In less than an hour, my drain was cleared and I was able to use my washing machine, toilet, dishwasher, etc…. Billy is confident, skilled, professional, local and trustworthy. For a charge of $85, he is also incredibly reasonably priced. I now have piece of mind, thanks to Billy. It is without reservation that I write this review.

Bill, the owner, took my call while attending family wedding. He was able to provide an estimate and next day ETA right away. On the next day he showed up at exact time and performed necessary work. I am very satisfied with Bill and will use him again. Highly recommend!!!

Omg I have been going through the drain problem for a month people have came and did nothing. Baby when I say he came in at 10:28am and was done by 10:40am he's amazing and very sweet. I will be letting the world know u have to get your drain cleaned by bill thank you so much 💕💕😊😊
