They came within several hours and did the snake thing in my basement on the clogged sewer. I wish they told me beforehand that the camera inspection would be discounted if ordered at the same time but I guess I'll do that next time. Overall I would recommend.

This is one of the best places I've worked with for helping me with issues in the house. The person who I talked to on the phone and who came to my house was very professional, respectful, kind, and very helpful. He came very quickly on a Saturday when my heater stopped working. He showed me the problem with the heater and taught me a lot about how to fix the issue and even showed me where to buy the parts myself so I could save money. He answered all of my questions as well, very patiently. I wish I caught his name, but he was so practical and efficient I completely forgot to ask again. He even told me I could call him anytime if I wanted to do a video call to help me install the new valve on my own or if I needed him to come by again once I got the part. His instructions were really simple and easy to follow that I was able to easily swap out the old valve and connect the new one and get the heater back online. The cost for coming in on the weekend was also very reasonable compared to other places. I hope to use this place for my future repair needs in plumbing as well, as they seem to offer servicing for both plumbing and heating. Very happy with their services and would highly recommend to anyone.

Had trouble with my AC during the heat wave. They were able to send someone out by the end of the day. The tech was very professional and was able to fix the problem in no time. Will be going back to them in the future!

My furnace began to randomly stop working and buzz loudly. Came across AG Plumbing searching google reviews. The owners were hands on from the initial call to completion of my project. They were thorough in explaining the issue, provided me reasonable quotes for both fixing or replacing the unit. They we very friendly and professional providing frequent updates on part ordering, delivery and promptly scheduling installation. They even included fixing a leaky pipe that I found after they had already given me my quote and didn't change the price when processing my payment. I plan on contacting them for future projects and recommending to my friends and neighbors.

While the repair went well and the team was courteous, I found them to be overpriced, not completely honest, lacking in transparency about charges, and the office unresponsive to a request. AG quoted me 1K for standard replacement of waste and overflow/trap piping on a bathtub, largely because the ceiling below had to be opened up for access. So I did all the legwork of opening the ceiling myself in advance for easy access, but they only took off 30%. The plumber said that this was still a 4-5 hour job. They completed the job in an hour an half, at which was (apparently) about $500/hr. and charged me *extra* for parts (cost of parts not included in the estimate, which was not communicated to me. I also had no say in what kind of tub drain/drain stop mechanism they were putting in, which is not what I would have chosen. If I had known the part wasn't included in the quoted price, I would have purchased the part that I wanted myself). Plumber then assured me on day of install that I would get an invoice itemizing all charges but this didn't happen. I called the office to request list of charges, which they said they would email the next day, but didn't. The only reason I agreed to this work is for a quick repair. In my experience, the company is negligent on some really basic good business practices.
