Bartolomeo Plumbing Contractor

This company came highly recommended from a family friend when we needed a new central air conditioning unit installed. We had already received two other estimates, but decided to try Bartolomeo since we got the recommendation, there estimate came in a little lower than the other estimates that we got. Again, we trusted the recommendation and went with Bartolomeo. All I can say is....what a complete and utter disappointment! They sold us a unit which was too small for our house, they had to come back out 2 days after it was installed because they claimed there was a hole in one of the lines and the freon leaked out. In my option I think they may have never even charged the system with freon because the air never blew that cold in the house. We also had them install a humidifier because our house gets very dry and fills with static in the winter months. Needless to say that wasn't installed correctly, where they tapped into our water line which was the hot water line into our hot water tank was too low, so the water was trying to flow "up hill" to the humidifier. The final straw for me was that they left our laundry room where the furnace is a complete disaster, my wife ended up with a 2 inch curled shard of metal from when they cut into the duct work. So we spent around $2500 to get the units installed, our electric bills are now higher than when we had with the 30+ year old unit they replaced. We had problems all last summer with the unit keeping up, so when we called them to come check the unit they said it was fine and that we needed a new thermostat. Once we had that installed it still didn't fix the problem, and they billed us for a service call. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!

I called Tyler because we had an underground gas leak in the yard. He promptly returned my call, came out to assess and provide a quote. He managed the job in 1 day with a small hard working crew. He was respectful of my property, polite and communicated regularly with me. His price was extremely fair and affordable and he stayed within the quote. While I hope not to have to call him again, he would be first call and I highly recommend him to anyone in the area. Thank you!

I've had a complete furnace and air conditioner installed as well as a chimney liner 3 years ago. Everything they did was done very well to my satisfaction. Recently I had them come out and tune up the air conditioner. There response time was better than I expected for this time of the year. Same scenario regarding the chimney liner that needed some adjustment due to the wind storm this past month. I highly recommend Bartolomeo Plumbing.

They know what they are doing and do it. well. Thank you for helping me and for such good and reasonably priced services. Really quick. Called around 11am, got a call back around 12p that someone would be out (I think his name was Brandon). At 1p the plumber was at my house and he was done by 1:45p. Educated me on how to avoid that type of clog in the future and wasn’t condescending about it, which I appreciated because sometimes people just aren’t taught about certain things that should be common sense. It was affordable too.

Right before Thanksgiving my water tank needed replace. I called a plumber came gave me and estimate then said he would be back the beginning of the following week. Two weeks went by no sign of plumber! I called again. The receptionist said the plumber would call me back yet he never did. I called a different company and it was installed in a day. Thanks for costing me a couple thousand gallons in water!

We had a leak in our AC system. We called Bartolomeo Plumbing Contractor. They spent 10 minutes confirming that there is a leak and said that there is no way for them to know where the leak is. They recommended that we replace the whole system. They measured our system to replace the whole thing and they charged us $100 for the visit. We decided to call another plumber who checked the system, found two leak and fixed them.

I have been using them for our furnace and A/C service for the last 10 years. May 2018 we had them replace our A/C unit. Very timely with return phone calls and ordered the unit and installed within the week. Great service, highly recommend!
