Efficient and professional. Called them on a non-emergency burst pipe and a water heater approaching its end-of-life; they were able to get us on the schedule in a reasonable time range and fix both with no issues. We have an older house with some odd choices in the plumbing layout, and their team was able to work with the existing hardware. Many thanks for the quick turnaround and the quality work!

These Guys are great. I was getting a ton of pinhole leaks in my waterlines and they replaced all the copper water lines in my house with PEX. They are extremely punctual and clean workers. They gave me a fair price and got the job done in the time they said they would. Extremely professional. Would use again, but shouldn't need to due to the great quality of work.

These guys are awesome! I had a major plumbing issue at my new house and I was a nervous wreck about it. A couple other plumbers came out but no one was as cofident they could handle the job. BET came in and never hesitated. They knew exactly what needed to be done and put my mind at ease immediately. The work was clean and done in a timely manner. This is the second time I’ve had to use this plumbing service. The first time I had a stuffed up hype and they came and took care of me and cleaned up after themselves and then left. It was very short very easy. The second time I used it, I came home from vacation and there was no hot water in my hot water tank at all. They were very quick to come to my house to see what was wrong. The only problem was I had Covid. Brandon called I informed him I was sick. He came in through my garage after I gave him the code and I stayed upstairs so I wouldn’t get him sick . He came in and went straight to work and then went back out the garage and closed it for me. He then called me on the phone and told me to wait about two hours and then check to see if if there was hot water I did there was I was so excited. This is a very good plumbing company. They’re very reputable their timely and effective. I will use them going forward and nobody else. Thanks a lot Brandon for you and your guys.

I have had work done by B.E.T. Plumbing multiple times. Recently, they installed a garbage disposal in my kitchen, but they have also done gas line work for me. When I call them, they always respond extremely quickly. They are dependable and always show up on time. Their prices are fair and reasonable. Brandon and Ken are knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. I am extremely happy with the work they have done and will continue to call them whenever I have plumbing issues. Brandon and Ken did a thorough and excellent job on my "long list of home maintenance plumbing jobs." They were courteous, friendly, and knowledgable, and flexible to schedule with. I would definitely use them again.

When our water heater quit working and I started asking for recommendations for plumbers, Brandon’s name was one of the first to come up. He returned my phone call immediately and made time to come out and repair our water heater after hours that same day.
