This business was recommended by Brookline Plumber whom I usually hired but they didn’t have enough workers to take my small job. I called Vince and he responded right away, but his demeanor when he arrived was unpleasant and aggressive when he couldn’t fix a leaking toilet. He blamed the original installer of my toilet (Petite Kitchen and Bathroom) which are extremely professional . He just changed the inside of the toilet tank (no more than $40.00 in parts) and charged me $295.00 Usually I would ask why so much etc ,etc but I was very uncomfortable with him in my home . I was sure he will yell at me. Well the toilet still leaks and the other plumber that came literally laughed at Vince job. He recommended that I ask for my money back. I called Brookline Plumber and ask them no to recommend him and they didn’t offered to fix my problem and told me someone was giving me a call back and they never did.Cillo, Inc ripped me off.

Great service. Vince was super helpful, allowed me to do some of the demo to save money while also being responsive to my texts as I tearing out sections of my wall. He came back the following day to replace the cast iron stack that had ruptured and ran tests with me to ensure it was fixed properly.

Have worked in dozens of houses where Vince has worked. He is the by far the best plumbing contractor we have. Fast & Good. Highly recommend.
