A while back, we sought a second opinion about a plumbing issue, and it ended up saving us a lot of money. Since then, we’ve relied on them and have always been pleased with the service. Recently, we had Joe and Emmanuel come out to assist with our water heater, and we’re grateful for their expert advice and support in restoring our hot water. I am extremely pleased with Ethan & Sons Plumbers. I recently had my water heater, softener, and furnace replaced in a tight closet in my condo, which was quite a challenge. Joe came out and worked closely with the furnace installer to come up with a solid plan. Another well-known contractor had turned down the job because it seemed too difficult, but I could immediately see Joe’s expertise and skills to get the job done right. They arrived as scheduled, and he along with his assistant successfully installed the tankless water heater and the new softener system. They also replaced a bathroom faucet and shutoffs, and cleaned the drain. Joe took the time to explain everything that was happening and patiently answered all my questions with a professional and calm attitude. Throughout the process, they were respectful, tidy, and demonstrated true professionalism. I am completely satisfied with the work they did for me.

I will only use Ethan & Sons Plumbers from now on! The handle on our shower broke, and we couldn't turn the water off. We had another company come out first, but they actually made the problem worse and quoted us between $800 and $1,600 to fix it. After that, we reached out to several other services, and every estimate was over $1,000. Then Russell came to our home and treated it like it was his own. He was professional, polite, and quick. He only charged us $200 and even fixed the showerhead for free! I wish I had called him first. Lesson learned!
