I never write reviews but FE Johanssen & Sons is truly one of the best I've hired for any type of service work. We've called 4 times over the last year for 4 different issues and they have gone above and beyond each time. All of their employees are knowledgable, kind, and efficient. They go out of their way to explain the situation and solution clearly to us, which is immensely helpful for us as new homeowners. They are also very affordable and are still willing to wear masks in our house even in 2023.

FE Johanssen have been great. We have used them multiple times for small to medium sized jobs and they have always been responsive and professional. All of their people wore face masks in our house without even me asking them to which was awesome. And when we had a real emergency once they showed up in less than an hour after I called them. Really great people to work with!

I’ve had so many good experiences hiring this company both for my own home as well as my rental properties. One experience was particularly enlightening; one of my tenants asked me who I hired for a plumbing fix when he was renting from me. He wanted to hire him for his own business as well. Dennis runs a great, reliable and professional business.

Called to request a plumber to look at our clogged bathtub and the call representative basically said she does not service Lawrenceville because we have street parking. If their van got a ticket, we would be responsible for it. She refused to take our business

Had them come out to find a leak under my sink, replace the faucet, fix my bathroom sink stopper, and inspect my furnace. They were quick, professional, and reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

Dennis and his crew are true heros in there craft. They came to the rescue on a sewer problem for my uncle Frank. They had all the necessary equipment and personnel to take care of the problem quickly and efficiently I would highly recommend them to any of my friends or family.

Plumbers are competent and friendly. The owner is involved with customers and is willing to work with customers to handle and resolve both plumbing issues and customer service issues that may be encountered.
