Frew Plumbing has been to my home many times. Everything about the multi generational family owned business says that they take pride in their work. A pleasant voice always answers the phone and remembers who you are. Service is usually the same day or the next. They call to let you know that they are on the way.Their truck is equipped to handle everything from pin point pipe leaks to toilet repairs and water meter problems. The plumbers are total professionals. They quickly assess the problem, rapidly repair the situation, totally clean the area and replace all furnishings to their original positions. I highly recommend Frew Plumbing.

Gasket went bad on Kohler tub and rendered tub unusable. Called Frew (neighbor highly recommended) and they had someone here very next day. Matt was personable, efficient and tested his repair before he left. Don’t worry, he just filled tub, he didn’t take a bath. 😂 Very happy and will call Frew for plumbing needs!

I had them come out to check on a leaking home humidifier which they had installed in 2022. Turns out it was a simple problem with user error when I changed the filter. The technician did the quick fix and then offered to do an HVAC inspection so I didn’t pay the service fee for such a small issue. I appreciated the professionalism and attention to detail.

We hired Frew to perform maintenance on our air conditioner and furnace, install a gas line for our fireplace, update our hose bib, and install a gas line for our stove. They did a great job and were very informative during all steps of the process. Frew provides consistently superior service for my Trane HVAC system. Service technicians are knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, and treat the property with respect. Their preventive maintenance program is thorough and eliminates most HVAC system outages, but in those rare instances when they do occur, Frew responds quickly. Most recently, I was notified by Frew that they had received an error message indicating my thermostat was not communicating with the heat pump. They had a technician on-site in no time and the defective thermostat was replaced under full warranty.
