Just had a tankless hot water heater installed by Alan and Josh. Spectacular work. I trust Miller H/P and have for 20 years. The work, expertise and recommendations are top notch. They’ve done a lot of work and repairs for me over the years and I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Fantastic work, professional, timely. The owner (Eric) came to my house both before and after my install to verify the plan beforehand and inspection the work after. Cannot express enough how happy we are with Miller! They have now done multiple jobs for me from maintenance and repairs to replacements (hot water tank and entire heating/cooling unit), and always the sane, reasonable price, timely professional, excellent service and great work.

Called a professional plumber because I ran out of options for me to try. Little did I know they just wanted to randomly change parts as well. No troubleshooting to find my water squealing issue. Tech said he flicked my pressure tank with his thumb and it didn’t make the ting noise so it is bad. Never checked air pressure or to see if diaphragm was broken. Said I should change that. Then if that doesn’t work change out the regulator. Honestly, I could have done that much. Quoted me $275 to change out a $60 pressure tank and wasn’t even sure that was the problem. Save your $50 service call and change out parts yourself. Update: in case millers actually looks at this. It was the backflow prevention valve causing the issue. Stay away from this company.

Miller Plumbing just gained a new customer. I am very happy with the services from Miller Plumbing. Allen was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He called in advance and asked for photos so he could have the necessary items on hand when he arrived. When Allen arrived, he explained everything he was going to do and why. He answered all my questions before and during the installation. I am very pleased with the final design of the new pressure regulator set-up, valves and the thermal expansion tank. He also gave me some suggestions for future upgrades. The price was worth the professional, same day service. I will call you again for any future needs. As you can tell from the tabs I clicked, I had *a lot* of work that needed to be done on my new house, and for much of it, I had an aggressive timetable. I got the referral from my sister, who has used Miller for years. Extremely responsive, personable, prompt, honest about my options, a very fair price, and did a very nice job on all of my new systems. Not only that, but they were very accommodating and fair when they found the inevitable extra issues in this old house - not the “gotcha” type of business at all. If there is ANY other installation or repair I ever need, I will ALWAYS call Miller. Now I see why my sister gave me their number - I honestly can’t think of anything that could have gone better, in any sense of the word.
