Bryan Bell: Did a fantastic job 👏. Our Hot Water Heater Took A Die, On Christmas Day Of All Days. I thought the pilot light went out on the Hot Water Tank. He was able to fix our Sink in the kitchen, and our Toilet for our Main Bathroom Down Stairs Main Level of our house because it was not filling up with water. He order the Hot Water Tank yesterday, so we had to wait for the Hot Water Tank the Next day which is December 27TH, 2024 to be sent to the shop wherever Bryan Bell had to pick up the Hot Water Tank at. So my guess it took over a 8 hour job to finish this job, and I Thank You for your service. From Mark A. Palmer.

Chuck came out to our house on an emergency call on a Sunday. Our drain was backing up into our bathtub. He was prompt getting to us as soon as he was available and immediately identified the issue. He worked quickly to get everything running correctly and was able to resolve the problem. He was very polite and cleaned up after the job was done. He was also able to answer all of the questions I had throughout and provided me with an estimate on the spot. I was very pleased with his work and am happy to have a smooth running drain again!

Gabriel Vasquez was the plumber that Mr. Rooter sent our home. We were experiencing water in our basement. Gabriel was extremely personable and immediately made my wife and I feel at ease. Gabe was awesome. He took his time to explain everything he was doing and looking for to ensure the safety of our septic and future problems. He also gave pricing from least to greatest. Gabe Vasquez was very helpful. He talked us through everything he was doing and showed us how much damage our outside pipe was to the septic. They were able to come out the next day to replace it. We will definitely call Gabe again in the future for any plumbing issues.

We had a clog in our main sewer line that was backing up into our laundry room. Brian from Mr. Rooter was able to come out and determine that our pipe was disconnected from the sewer tap. After the excavation work was done, it was determined that the previous company (work done long before I bought my house) didn't install the pipes the correct way. They had one pipe going uphill and used cement to seal everything together. When the Mr. Rooter team was done, it was clear that the job was done correctly and not something we'll have to worry about again.
