Strongly recommend! I needed a mini excavator for 3 days to replace a retaining wall and extend a pipe line. A number of businesses in area had them to rent and decided to rent from Reliable Pro Plumbing & Excavating. The rental and delivery / pickup price was much cheaper. Upon delivery Jason Mavilla spent as much time as needed to teach me to use it. When I had a question one morning, he immediately answered the phone and helped me. The equipment is of excellent quality at reasonable rates. Jason is the key to superb customer service.

Jason from Reliable Pro Plumbing came out to my house and fixed the main shut off valve on the waterline coming into my house. It was leaking very badly prior to his arrival. Jason took the time to explain to me what he was going to do to fix the problem. The quality of work and craftsmanship that was done by Jason was fantastic and the price was very reasonable.

Jason at Reliable ripped me off. I had a gas leak in the line in my front yard. Jason came quickly when I called, and underbid other, more reputable, plumbers. We discussed how he would dig up my yard, and replace the entire line. We discussed where he might put the extra dirt. He gave me a quote of $3,600 - $3,900. He was on time to do the work, but he decided it was not necessary to replace the line, or do much excavating. He spent 9 hours total, and he put a 'sheath' on the line. Then - He charged me the originally quoted $3,600. There was no excavation of the line. That is $400 an hour. My husband paid him. {cringe} I do not have a new gas line - I have a stop gap. I've tried to reach out to Jason - it went straight to voicemail, and no call back. I'm a Catholic school teacher. I work all day, for minimal money to help kids. I don't EVER rip anyone off. Apparently I'm so naive people like Jason feel free to overcharge me. The little I have, I earn without being a thief or a liar. Shame on you Jason. You may have robbed me, but I am an English teacher. The one thing I can do - is write scathing reviews. Jason is a jag-off. Reliable is a rip-off.

I had a major sewer line back up in a rental property of mine. Jason from Reliable Pro showed up immediately and was able to diagnose quickly the situation. Due to the age of the plumbing and multiple issues I had the entire line replaced from inside the house all the way to the street. I am very happy with the work that Reliable Pro did over the week or two of work. Everything was done right and inspected. I would use Reliable Pro again.

I called Jason looking for a 2nd opinion / quote on what we fully anticipate(d) to be a big, expensive job at the home we purchased just over a year ago. He had Steve out here first thing the next day, who was much more clear and informative than any of the other (many) plumbers we have had out to our house looking for potential fixes. Both Steve and Jason made it clear that their goal is to help us fix our problem in the most cost effective way, and even suggested an alternative to try before we just dive in to the much more expensive fix. If the alternative works, then they very well may save us a TON of money that none of the other plumbers we've spoken to even thought to suggest or offer. And even if it doesn't, we can still feel good about having tried all of the less expensive options before committing to a larger, much more expensive repair.

Steve did such an outstanding job that I felt compelled to write this review. He moved the gas meter from the road to next to our house as well as replaced the pipe into the house. He along with his helper Ray finished the job in one day. Steve literally worked tirelessly non-stop all day, digging a 20ft ditch from the road to the house along with running pipe underneath the sidewalk. When the job was done you could hardly tell the yard was dug up by the way the sod was put back down. They left everything extraordinarily clean and neat. I would highly recommend this company!

My sewer line collapsed under my house and I had to replace the entire thing from stack to outside. Jason got it done in less than 3 days. I was about to remodel a bathroom when I found out this problem, so thank god I never got started passed the demo stage. He even installed and leveled the shower pan I bought for free after the work was done. Price was great and everything was inspected by the state/county/town or whoever is in charge of that stuff. No more sewer flies!

In my opinion Reliable Pro is the best out there. No job is too big or too small. We have had them do commercial retaining walls, escalating, gas lines, vents for dryers, leaks, French drains, water lines, not to mention multiple jobs at our family business...He is always punctual and affordable. Does EXCELLENT WORK! Highly recommend!!
