Frank is great! He is knowledgeable, responsive, and reasonably priced. We hired him to install a new toilet a few months ago and had a positive experience. We recently reached out to him about another project. He was honest and referred us elsewhere since another local company would be able to do the work sooner and likely for a lower price. He also made us aware of a separate repair issue that he noticed while in our home. Thank you!
