Roadrunner Plumbing

We've used Mike a number of times in our home, and he gets the job done! He's really friendly and easy to work with, describes himself as a "hands on kind'a guy", and that's exactly what he is. He gets to the problem (whether it is under a cramped sink, in the wall, or in the ceiling) and fixes it. Mike and Roadrunner is our go-to plumber for anything plumbing-related that goes wrong in our house!

I highly recommend using Roadrunner plumbing. If you need any type of plumbing work done, Mike is the guy to use. He's very professional. He calls back quickly and always manages to get to your plumbing issue that day. He's very fair in pricing, very professional work & he is very neat in doing the job. He's always been able to get our jobs done with no issues. He is also one of the nicest people we've meet. It's wonderful to have a very nice & professional plumber you can trust & count on. Mike is the best. He does great work at supremely reasonable prices and is extremely responsive, usually showing up the same day or next after we reach out to him. He is also one of the nicest guys you'll meet, which makes dealing with plumbing issues so much less stressful. Highly recommend.

Mike was absolutely amazing! He was able to fit me in same day. He was friendly and professional and showed me a few tricks in case I had the same issue in the future. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing plumbing service!

I did not end up using Mike's services, but I still feel compelled to leave this 5-star review. My fiancée and I recently purchased a new home and noticed there was no hot water in the upstairs shower. Mike came out to the home and diagnosed the problem as a bad shower cartridge which could either be an easy fix or a more expensive one depending on how swollen/stuck it had become. Since the home was so recently purchased, Mike advised us to check with those involved with the sale of the home before utilizing him on the off chance one of them would be able to cover it. When that failed, he provided instructions over the phone on how to try the easy fix myself, which worked. Mike did all of this without charging us a dime. The reason why I am leaving this review is because Mike went above and beyond to help us NOT have to use his service if we could avoid it which we appreciate. When the day comes that I do need a plumber, I will absolutely be reaching for his number.
