Great folks, easy to communicate with, did great work. Dylan replaced two shutoff valves in the amount of time it would've taken me to google which valves to buy. Highly recommend.

I was having issues with my 18-year old air conditioning unit and called John here at South Hills Plumbing & Heating and he came right out. We could have kept the older unit going, but John was able to quote me a new unit on the spot which was competitive with what we have been quoted on in the past. John scheduled for an installation a few days later and returned with (2) other technicians to help remove the old unit and install the new one. They did a great job with cleanup and now my house is so much more cooler than it was before. Thank you John and the rest of the team there at South Hills Plumbing & Heating!

They installed my new AC/heater, replaced the old pipes in the basement with new pipes, and performed routine maintenance for me during my years in the house. They always did great work and were always the cheapest priced option.

Had a clogged tub drain....was fixed quickly and efficiently by Dylan. Have had other issues addressed in the past and never had any problems. Recommend them highly.

I had SH Plumbing replace two toilets in my home. I had a previous appointment the week before that they canceled. Shortly after arriving I had asked if I could get a discount due to the cancellation on their end. I believe the employees name was Tom he said and I quote, “No, do you want me to stop right now”. I proceeded to say I thought I could get some type of discount because you guys canceled on me..He replied a second time, No, do you want me to pack up and leave right now”. I understand if that’s there policy, however I did not like his tone. I made arrangements to be home for the first appointment and canceled plans. I will not be using them in the future for this reason

South Hills Plumbing and Heating replaced all the faucets in my home. They were on time, courteous and I had no clean up when they were completed with the task. The best part of the entire experience was the final cost. I highly recommend this business.

Had what seemed to be a pipe burst but ended up being a pressure reduction valve breaking. They were on site and fixed the problem within 3 hours of the initial call. Tom, the plumber was professional and courteous. I would hire again.

Definitely won't use again. We bought an old house and had brand new central heating and cooling installed. After just 1 full summer, the cooling wasn't working. It was running constantly, the house wasn't cooling, and our electricity bill was through the roof. They came to take a look at it, said it needed a "tune up" and we paid $149 for them to top off the freon. It didn't make any sense to me because it was a very expensive unit and was so new. The technician told me that they just don't make these units like they used to and we should do a "tune up" every year. The beginning of the next summer, it wasn't working at all. We had them back again. They said the Freon was low again. I argued about the need for another tune up. It just didn't make sense for such an expensive new unit. They found there was a leak in the coil. Since it was still under warrantee, we didn't have to pay for the new coil. It took weeks for the coil to come. They came and replaced the coil. We paid $280 for a few hours of labor. The technician said "I found the leak...there was a screw through the line" This is an exact quote. When I told my husband about this, he thought we shouldn't have to pay for any of this. Obviously, we didn't put a screw through the coil. Either the company did it with the install or the manufacturer had a faulty product. When he called the company, they called me a liar. I am pretty upset. I feel like we were "had" and lied to over the past few years. I feel stupid for not asking more questions along the way. I did not record our conversation, and I did not keep the bad coil. I have no evidence to support what I KNOW happened and the truth of what happened. Even more than the money we have paid to this company, this is about the integrity of the company and taking advantage of people.
