I had an outstanding experience with Jordan Coleman from Sullivan Super Service! Jordan was super professional from start to finish. Knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough in diagnosing and addressing my plumbing issue. He took the time to explain everything, making sure I understood the solutions for my home. The most impressive thing was his attention to detail and problem solving skills. He quickly identified a venting issue and a possible installation defect from a previous repair another company did and something that other plumbers had overlooked. His expertise adn honesty sets him apart. If you need a reliable skilled plumber in Pittsburgh I highly recommend Jordan Coleman and Sullivan Super Service. I wouldn't trust anyone else for my plumbing.

During Christmas my sewer pipe broke ! I called Ken at Sullivan Super Service and he came out right away . Ken broke us the bad news super expensive fix didn't even charge me for the service call I cried 2 days before christmas . Ken suggested we call our homeowners insurance ans give his information so we did and when I tell you how perfect his estimate and dealing with all the right information the insurance company needed to process the claim on point awesome well done . Our agent was super impressed . Not only did Ken have excellent service and kindness his whole team who came out in the bitter cold and did a fantastic job ! Well done guys and thank you so much for all the kindness and excellent customer service . I will recommend to everyone .. amazing my kids had fun writing there names 😀

Jordan did a wonderful job with handling our plumbing issue. He described to my husband in great detail what the problem was, and specifically told him, step by step, how to fix it. He was very knowledgeable, and told us everything that was needed, and estimated the cost. We were not even charged anything for a technician to come out with a camera, and take a look at what was going on, and explain exactly how to fix it. Normally, there would be a service fee, but there wasn’t. We have used multiple other plumbing services, but none of them were comparable to Sullivan’s! 10/10! We were very pleased with Jordan, and will definitely be using Sullivan’s in the future for all of our plumbing needs. They are very reliable, affordable, and they came out the same day to assess the issue and diagnose the problem. We will also be highly recommending the company to all of our family and friends when they are in need of any plumbing services.

I had a major leak from pipe in laundry room and of course it happened on a weekend. For weekend emergency services they sent someone out with in an hour and price compared to other companies was definitely better. The plumber was very nice and knowledgeable. I would recommend their services.

Chris and his crew, (Dan, Eric and Nate) arrived on time to install our new boiler. These guys were great. Very professional and personable. They each had their own individual responsibilities and immediately got to work. They put drop cloths down on the carpet in our finished basement and when they were done did a good job cleaning the room leaving it liked they found it. Chis and Dan worked on installing the boiler making sure each pipe was neatly installed. Nate and Eric were valuable helpers assisting with the install. All these guys took pride in their work and the final product showed it. Thank you guys for a job well done. I would highly recommend this crew and Sullivan Super Service to perform work on your home.

Jordan showed up right when he said he would, he was friendly, professional and I could yell he was very knowledgeable and was able to explain things to me very clearly. He had me explain what the issue was and immediately got to work. Within minutes he knew what the problem was and was able to take care of it super quick. I'll be telling people about Jordan and Sullivan Super Service. I honestly couldn't have asked for better service and if I could I'd give Jordan and Sullivans 10 stars!

The team from Sullivan did an amazing job replacing my sewer line. The kept me informed during the process. I’m very pleased with the job they did. They treat their customers with respect which is appreciated. I’ve been a Sullivan customer for over 20 years and will never use another plumbing/heating service. I recommend Sullivan to anyone who needs plumbing or heating service.

This was the first that I’ve dealt with a plumbing company and it ended up being a great experience. A representative took all of my information whenever I called in and said she’d have someone there by tomorrow (I called late in the afternoon). The representative called me the next day to verify I was still available then called me again when the plumber was on his way. They texted me a picture of the person who would be arriving. Upon arrival Mark and his colleague were pleasant and professional. Mark immediately knew what the issue was and gave me all of my options with pricing. Everything needed to be replaced due to the age of the house but they were able to do it the same day! They cleaned up and put everything back in its place when they were finished. It was as if nothing ever happened. Plumbers or angels? I’d like to think both. I’m so happy to be able to use my kitchen sink again!
