Tabuso Plumbing Heating

Same story as below. Ordered a dishwasher from Costco and it was supposed to be delivered and installed today. I spoke with Costco because I hadnt received any info on a time when they would be installing. Costco then reached out to them to see and this company said I wasn't scheduled for installation. I ended up just picking up the dishwasher myself and did a self install. If you can do that I would do that instead. Costco will even give you a credit for a self install.

I ordered a dishwasher from Costco and unfortunately Costco chose this company to do the delivery and install. DO NOT HAVE THIS COMPANY DO YOUR INSTALL. They are incredibly unprofessional — when I asked that my dishwasher be delivered on the date that I chose (weeks ago) they said that they didn’t feel like doing the delivery on that day because it would be a hassle for them. When I explained that that would be a hassle for me, and that I had other projects and contractors scheduled around this delivery, they told me there was nothing they could do because, again, it just wasn’t convenient for them. Ultimately, when we called back to plead our case a second time out of desperation, they hung up on us. You can ask Costco to deliver your dishwasher without installation — I highly recommend you go this route and have your own plumber do the install. I am going to cancel my order because I refuse to let these folks inside of my home. Costco should know better than to work with such a horribly reviewed plumber.

They were (allegedly) supposed to install my dishwasher from Costco on Thursday. By Friday morning I hadn’t heard anything from them about scheduling. I contacted Costco, who contacted them, who said they’d be in touch around noon. A few hours later I hadn’t heard anything. I called them, no answer. Left a message. No call back. It’s Saturday and after seeing everyone else’s reviews I called Costco and they credited me $200 so I can get someone else to install it. I’m not waiting around for, what days? Weeks? Who knows. I need a Functioning dishwasher for Xmas baking, and no giant box sitting in my small kitchen indefinitely

Like many of the other reviews related to Costco installs, there was a problem when scheduling. I had the dishwasher scheduled to be delivered a couple weeks out. I didn't realize install was separate. Delivery person checked the system and saw no installer was scheduled. He left a note. 4 days go by and no one reaches out. I call Costco and they said Tabuso was who was doing the install and they should have contacted me by now. Costco tried to call, but it was a weekend. No answer. I called and left a message. Tabuso called on Monday and scheduled install. From this point on, things went as expected. This came, removed old, did install, and cleaned up. They were very efficient and after a couple weeks, things work fine. My rating is basically 1 star for an awful experience getting them to schedule me and 5 stars for the install.

This is the worst company I have worked with! Similar to others, I bought a dishwasher from Costco, and when it was delivered, I was told the installer would reach out to me, but they never did. I contacted Costco, and Tabuso finally reached out to to set up the installation a week later. The installation went fine, but the guy specifically did not replace the existing inlet water supply because the old one was "better". As he was leaving, we both noticed water under the sick, and he brushed it off. Later when testing the dishwasher, I realized the leaking was coming from the inlet water supply he didn't replace. We set up time later in the week for him to come back to fix it, but he never showed. I called several times with no answer. I even called the company line, spoke to the owner, and then never got him to come back. Eventually, I contacted Costco again and they set up another appointment with the same guy, but he didn't show up to that one either. Finally, I called Costco again and they had said the plumber called and said replacing the water line was impossible despite him saying initially he could fix it. I ended up getting a refund for the installation and then we replaced the hose ourselves. This company is extremely unprofessional, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Just like everyone else, I ordered a dishwasher and microwave from Costco. After reading the reviews I was worried, but the two guys who came to my house were good. There was a scheduling mix up, but they communicated well and eventually they came just like they said they would and got everything installed no problem. I’m assuming most people they do a good job for don’t leave reviews, so to other Costco shoppers, it’s not total doom and gloom with these guys. My experience was good.

I bought a dishwasher from Costco which was delivered Friday late afternoon. As usual I didn’t hear back from Tabuso like so many other reviews stated. So I waited until Friday 11 am and gave them a call myself to see when they would install it for me. Although the lady wasn’t able to help me with scheduling right away, she did call me back in a hour and said they would install it for me on Monday between 10 and 2 pm. They called me on Monday at around 1:15 pm and said they would come and install it in the next half hour. I was home and they did come and installed the new one, hauled the old one away and also cleaned up all the boxes and trash. They were extremely professional and was very good along with making sure that my floor was not scratched. I was very happy with their service.

Crooks. Complete crooks. They sent two plumbers out, they said they'd get the job done easily on Monday. The "boss" calls back that night saying they'd need to do tons of additional work, after I spent a full hour of my work day listening to the two plumbers lie to me about the job (and fight with one another). Thieves and liars.
