I'm extremely happy with every experience I've had with Terry's Plumbing. I've had them out on a few occasions for small jobs and bigger ones, and they've always been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I really appreciate their response time - when I needed something urgent, they sent someone over within a few hours. I will definitely be a returning customer!

I had a company come to my house and said I need a 15k replacement on my house trap. Terry came out the next day and in the cold weather by himself, cleared out my sewer line, and informed me my house trap was ok. I would recommend 100%. Upfront and honest about the whole process!

Terry’s Plumbing recently did the plumbing end of our tapping into Weet View Water after our well failed. Terry went way above and beyond to get the process expedited. It was a GREAT experience from Terry, Kathy, the plumbers and the crew that dug and layed the water line. Very professional and kind. They really and truly cared!! Water backing up in the basement drain, time to call in a professional. I called Terry’s Plumbing at 7.15am not expecting a live person, ready to leave a message.The phone was answered by Terry who advised that once Allison gets into the office, they will call me back to make arrangements. I received a call at 8am as promised and was advised that someone can come help and would be there between 10-12. I received a call at 11.30 advising me that the plumber will be there soon. Five minutes later Terry showed up and started working straightway snaking the sewer line. He was able to pull roots out but the water was not draining all the way. Terry then advised we call the McCandless Sewer Authority to make sure the main line was not the problem. The MSA crew came very quickly and Terry was still here packing his tools up. The MSA advised the main sewer line was not the problem. We called Terry to advise him and he said the next step is to get his crew there to water jet the line to remove the blockage and roots from manhole side. Terry promised they would be there in the afternoon and we got a call again that they were 15 minutes away and got to work immediately using the camera and the water jet. After 1 hour of work they were finished and the sewer line was unblocked. By following the steps advised by Terry, we saved thousands of dollars that would be needed to dig and replace the sewer line. Later in the afternoon around 5pm Terry personally called us to make sure we were good and that everything was done. Now that is great Customer service. We have used the services of Terry’s plumbing for 20+ years. This plumbing outfit has great customer service, they keep you updated and charge a reasonable fee for their excellent services. When it comes to great service from friendly folks that care for their customer, you can’t go wrong with Terry’s Plumbing

Terry showed up Monday about 11:00 a.m. and quickly determined that the problem was a clog at the outside trap. He cleared the trap and check the basement commode and floor drains. He cleared all 3 floor drains made sure everything was working. He finished it all in about 40 minutes. Terry did an excellent job, was friendly and courteous. I had a very complex storm water remediation project for my house. Terry was invaluable in getting the project completed. He worked tirelessly with the borough to meet their requirements, and kept in constant contact with me throughout. The project was completed in a very, timely fashion, and the workmanship was fantastic. All done for a very fair price. I highly recommend Terry and have referred him to friends and acquaintances!
