Brandon was very easy to work with and did a great job. I needed a radiator connection repaired. He fit the job in with very little notice and worked quickly, and educated me on how to care for the radiator system. The price was reasonable, and he was friendly, respectful, and clearly knew his stuff. Bonus: the dogs liked him too! Edit: A valve started leaking shortly after Brandon left. When I called him, he came back as soon as he finished another job to tighten the valve and stop the leak. I really appreciate how responsive he was!

Brandon is a literal lifesaver. I was way out of my depth with a leak and thought I was done for. He was able to come out the same day and take care of it like a pro. Brandon was kind and helpful, and that’s an understatement. He went above and beyond for my family. I will not hesitate to use Brandon and Thomas Lily in the future. We couldn’t be more grateful. I’m a fairly new first time house owner and wanted my furnace and AC unit serviced to make sure there weren’t any hidden surprises from the previous owner. I was able to be scheduled quickly, within a week of requesting the service. Brandon was great! He provided me with the total cost up front, while scheduling, explained what he did thoroughly, and identified any potential future problems. He also gave me a general idea of what it will cost to replace my furnace, when he recommended getting it replaced within the next couple of years, which was incredibly helpful so I can budget appropriately. I’ll definitely be calling him again for any future problems or house projects!

The guys were wondering to work with. Had an issue where just wasn't getting any hot water. Called them early on a Friday and Brandon was extremely helpful. Ran through what the problems could be and while I tried to schedule with my wife (I was at work already) he worked on what info I could get to him in case we couldn't get a visit planned. Was able to make it over that late morning, diagnosed the problem, gave us options, and was able to find the parts we would need so he could be there on on Monday to fix. On Monday they were back at which point Branden came to do the work. Ran into a problem where the part they were quoted wasn't the actual part (it was a cheap water heater so no surprise there). They apologized profusely and worked to again find the correct part. When that wasn't possible, we went with a new water heater. They rescheduled that for Wednesday and didn't charge us for the time on Monday. Brandon came back on Wednesday and finished the work and we wonderfully have consistent hot water again. Through out all of this process they were professional and courteous. There system was great at keeping us updated on appointments and provided us a good warning ahead of time of when they would be showing up. Can say enough how happy I was that they were able to come out so quickly and get all of our work done so fast even with the issues they ran into on Monday. Already ready to call them back for some of the other smaller issues we need handled in our house.

Avoid this company at all costs, Brandon is unprofessional, argumentative, and does not stand behind his estimates. They were scheduled to start work on 9/3/24, showed up late, did next to nothing, claiming they did not have what they needed to start the project. I was assured the next day they would be back and will also provide me with a list of materials they would need. I had to make special arrangements to have my dog and significant other who works from home so that they would be able to run the pipes downstairs. The next day brandon called me and said he was again running late, that he had to stop at the warehouse to get supplies, once he showed up he cut a hole in my floor, asked me to come upstairs to talk, then told me the items missing he wouldn’t need yet that it was not a big deal he would run all of the piping and not be able to get to that part of the job until Friday the earliest. Then told me he was going to get some more supplies and never came back. When I called to ask where Brandon was the other Brandon picked up and said oh I’m sorry I wasn’t feeling good, I meant to call you but we are not coming back. Then proceeded to claim the general contractor who is managing the job was talking bad about the project, he also blatantly lied and said he was not aware of the arrangements and that the job was being ran through a general contractor. To be exact Monday August 19th at exactly 11: 16am EST. I explained in detail before they started who the GC was and how the job was being facilitated. He also told the GC that he did not read the information he signed and wish he would have, Before the job started. I also requested that Brandon come walk through the project and to talk to the person who designed the bathrooms. Brandon said they did not need to walk through he remembered the details. Then proceeded to deny the fact that we tried calling to discuss the details to make sure everyone was on the same page.

Thomas Lily Plumbing did a fantastic job on our new sewer lines! Brandon gave us a fair quote and finished the work promptly as promised. We moved into a nightmare situation, but they got our system working quickly and efficiently so that our new home was habitable. It's taken a ton of weight off of our shoulders! We're very grateful, and would recommend them for any plumbing needs. We will call them for all of our plumbing needs moving forward!

Brandon and Branden are wonderful to work with. They are quick to respond to communication and show up when they say they will. We moved into an older townhouse with leaky drains and fixtures and Branden was able to replace old drum traps, shut off valves, shower stems, diverters, toilets, etc. in an old building where nothing was easy to work with. He was easy to talk to and did excellent work. Definitely our new go-to plumber!

Brandon did an amazing job and was very flexible in adjusting his schedule as the job took longer than expected. Highly recommend!
