He was very quick to provide me with the assistance I needed and it really helped me out. His level of communication exceeded expectations - he was constantly providing updates and staying in touch. This morning, on Saturday, we went into our basement only to discover that our water heater was leaking. We reached out to Vince, who came out the same day to replace our water heater. He did a very thorough job, fixing previous shoddy work (e.g. attaching the cold and hot water pipes to the rafters, whereas they were just dangling before). Vince's price was very reasonable, especially considering the replacement was performed on a Saturday. Additionally, he tool the time to explain certain things about the water heater and to confirm the water pressure was still reasonable once the new water heater was running.

After a particularly cold snap, I had some burst pipes and cracked drains. Vince was quickly able to identify where each problem was, what had likely caused it, and had it fixed lickety split. He was friendly and informative, and I'd recommend him to anyone!

Vince did a great job getting my boiler back in clean and efficient order after many years of neglect. He was reasonably priced and efficient. I would recommend him for your steam or water heat radiator systems.

I want to preface this by saying I don’t even live in Pittsburgh or anywhere near it. I live in Salt Lake City. I called them at 5:30pm my time which would be about 7:30pm in Pittsburgh. I got no one at the phone, but then I received a text asking if I needed any help, I just moved in to a condo built in 1910 with old cast-iron radiators and a steam vent. The steam vent has been leaking about a liter of water on the floor every day since I had moved in. Whoever was on the other line proceeded to spend 45 minutes of their time diagnosing, identifying and helping me fix the problem over the phone for no charge. This company is truly a master at their craft and if I’m ever in Pittsburgh, I will for sure be coming in to thank them personally. 10/10

Professional, effective and efficient. I am dealing with a cancer diagnosis right now and he came to the house, located the issue and made the repairs quickly. He provided a quality service for a fair price. We will definitely call Vince for all our plumbing needs.

Vince is fantastic. Finding someone who is reliable now a days is next to impossible. I came across Vince close to a year ago and he has taken care of several plumbing and heating issues for me immediately when I contacted him. He is extremely knowledgeable and very fair in price. Most importantly he does what he says he will do and you can always reach him. You guys will not be disappointed!

Vince is amazing! The natural gas to my home was shut off due to a leak in my service line. He came immediately to fix it and even offered a space heater for me since my furnace runs on natural gas. He even fixed a leaky faucet while waiting for the utility company to turn on my gas. He is very affordable and I highly recommend him.
