Zoom Drain

Needed a plumber for the draining to come the same day. Asked many times if they could make it because otherwise I would need to find another one. The person on cal reassured me. Then no show. Called them many times and all they said was “we will call back”. The next morning I called and asked why no one showed and they just asked for the same info again (FN, LN, phone number, address and the issue) which they already collected the day before. Then they said they couldn’t do anything and they couldn’t give any reason for their no show and I needed to wait for a call from their headquarter. I asked for the headquarter/customer service number and they said they didn’t have. And nobody called me back. If you couldn’t make it at least you should let me know so that I would have time to find another one that fitted my need? Or at least you should give me a number so that I could speak to someone? It was really unprofessional to do business in this way

Great experience from beginning to end! Mark was incredibly responsive and communicative and put us at ease right away. Not only did he and his partner work efficiently and fix our issue, his customer service was top notch and he was enjoyable to have in our home. HIGHLY recommend these guys! One of the best experiences we have had with any kind of home service provider in years. Would definitely call them again!

Fantastic service. Highly recommended. Had the main sewer line clogged in the basement and they came out same day. The service man Mark went over the top to get the job done.

Zoom Drain from Pittsburgh, PA, is a fantastic plumbing service. In light of an emergency, they were able to send a plumbing technician out within the hour. I found this service on Google and was able to set up a quick service appointment via text, which can also be done by phone. Everybody knows how stressful a plumbing situation can be, and many times, it can be very costly. Zoom Drain was able to work with me in terms of financing as I was in a bind. They made a call to their office, and I explained my needs; they worked with me to split the cost. Not only was that excellent customer service, but their quality of work was great. They were able to identify my issues and gave me some pointers on how to mitigate future problems. I'm thankful I was able to get this fixed today, and it has substantially reduced my stress. Under my house drain pipe Clogged!!! Zoom Drain: What can I say, Great Great Great job. I called & in less than an hour the technician came to my house. Robert the technician asked what the problem was & he explained exactly what he would do to fix the problem. He was polite and very knowledgeable He used a snake to clear the drain, then sent a camera down, after he water jetted the drain. All I can say is it will be nice to do dishes without emptying water outside and be able to use the bathroom sink. Wonderful, wonderful job. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely use Zoom Drain again. I will recommend to family and friends.

I had a clogged tub drain. I tried to unclog it myself but couldn't. The tub had water backed up into it from the tub's last use. The tub was also filling with water from using the bathroom sink throughout the day. This was problem enough. I didn't want the problem to spread to the toilet. I called Zoom Drain on a Thursday evening. I got voice mail, but didn't leave a message. They called me back immediately, and I asked if they could come Friday morning. They said they could, and they did. Mark was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. The clog was 30+ feet down into the pipe. He used a snake, and unclogged the drain in less than an hour. He answered all of my questions. He put me at ease with the whole situation. I consider what they charged to be very reasonable. I am very pleased! I will definitely use the services of Zoom Drain again.

We've had to use Zoom Drain a few times now and every experience has been incredible. Mark and Ryan are great humans who do really good work. I've recommended them repeatedly to my neighbors who have needed help and will continue to do so.

May or may not have gotten hosed on pricing (not sure what drain clearing costs generally), however Mark was great and thankfully solved our problem after 2.5 hours of unsuccessful trying. They do have a first time discount which was a positive. Process was easy and glad I was able to pay on the spot instead of dealing with bills and mail.
