This is a fantastic company to work with. Hayden replaced my old cement double sink with a new single tub I had. He also changed out numerous water valves that were original to the house. He persevered and won out over the ones that fought him. I highly recommend this company.

I had a sewer line flow issue and wasn’t sure what the problem was. Talking to a friend he recommended Veteran Plumbing. I called them, explained my issue and very fortunately the lady was able to schedule someone to come out that afternoon and use a camera to check my sewer lines. Problem seemed to be old terracotta line degrading and collapsing.Talking to the tech(Rich) I came to the collusion to replace the problem area. I must admit Rich gave me other cheaper solutions that would work for a while but,good weather, ability to start the next day, solution was get it over with. Price is always a concern for everyone and other issues with this job was removing a stone wall for wall access. The men and the machine started the next day as scheduled . Worked the day smoothly once digging through another problem unforeseen appeared .Unfazed Rich and men came up with a solution to fix this. The following day the men finished the job (workers were always polite, answered my many questions ). When finished the area was cleaned up like nothing had happened and discounted the price since my stone didn’t have to be completely torn down and be rebuilt. This a company I liked and anyone needing plumbing services I highly recommend them.

Rich from Veterans Plumbing did an excellent job fixing our water supply line. He was prompt, professional, and took the time to explain the issue and the repair process in a way we could easily understand. Rich’s attention to detail and expertise gave us confidence that the work was done right. He was also respectful of our home and made sure everything was cleaned up afterward. "Unplanned" service when my water heater suddenly got less enthusiastic about containing the water (basement floor probably benefited from a rinse, truth be told). Weirdly, I happened to have been looking at the Google Street View of my street a few hours previous, and noticed that there was a "Veteran Plumbing" truck in my neighbor's driveway when the googly eyes rolled past, so when Veteran popped up as a highly rated option for water heater swap-out I checked with the neighbors - "we love these guys, did a bunch of stuff for us, they're our new go-to." Veteran's price quote was better, and lacked the (frankly weird) up-sell pitches and inflated extras from the vendor I'd assumed would be the low-cost entry, so it was an easy choice. The office staff patiently fielded my many questions, and even did above & beyond research with their suppliers to help me understand all the options. They scheduled within 24 hrs & immediately the guys who would be doing the service made text contact. Good thing too, since a storm blew through & knocked out our power. The place was cold & dark when the appointed time rolled around but they re-affirmed that they'd still be able to get everything done, and that they did. Looks good, clean joints, can't find anything to complain about yet. Guess they're my new go-to now too.

They showed up when they said they would show up. It was a minor repair, so they were in and out quickly. They left the area just as they found it, and the bill was reasonable. I would highly recommend these guys. They are local, competent, and professional. Hope I don't need them, but if I need a plumber, I will definitely call Veteran Plumbing.
